Yesterday I had the best Birthday Miracle. I happened to be at the Harrods Disney Store with my sister, when I realised they still had Belle Limited edition dolls! I thought I had missed out for ever since I was traveling when she came out! This may not seem like a huge deal for most people but until recently I’ve been living in a country that doesn’t have a Disney Store, so it was pretty much impossible for me to get one (since Ebay prices are insane). Recently I moved to London and now my dream to own a Limited Edition Disney Store doll has finally become a reality.Â
I know this particular Belle has been criticised a lot, but I have to say I find her beautiful, It must be very hard to make a doll based on a real person, imagine having to translate humanity into plastic, and the sculptor did a pretty good job, I believe she is adorable and her dress and details are exquisite, perhaps the only thing I would change would be to find a way to show off the gorgeous shoes without having to open the box!Â
The second purchase I did was the New Moana doll, I had one look at her and fell absolutely head over heals! Specially when I saw her sandy feet, they made me smile. I love her so very much I have ordered the original Moana LE from the online shop.
... And yes I did it because of the Sandy feet.Â
