i absolutely love mcr- danger days in particular, and this will probably just be danger days head cannons.

I am into other things that i’ll probably post about at some point maybe??

I have a delusional theory about mcr using their tiktok, given the style of videos along with the captions (and the videos are actually high quality) I believe we may be getting a documentary, for example the first caption was “every story has a beginning” and played clips of lotms

Ik this is probably just as unlikely as mcr5 but I live in hope

sun screen is definitely like a black market type item that’s rlly difficult to get because the weather is so controlled the battery city so why would they even need it so it’s a really difficult item to get in the zones

Ermmm hear me out, desert born killjoys have gnarly immune systems and city born killjoys do NOT. Think about it think about it, Battery City always seemed overly sterile to me, BLI is striving for perfection and whatnot no way are they letting germs spread. Everyone escaping from Battery City is sick within like 2 weeks, they are not ready for germs or open wounds or malnourishment and all the shitty living conditions that come with the zones. Killjoys that linger near the city and find people escaping ask them how long they’ve been out and if they’ve been sick yet because the first time getting sick is always the worst, “fuck Dracs have you ever had the flu?” type shit. Think about it though…

mental health issues must be so common in the zones, not even because of what they’ve gone through prior to being in the zones but because of zone life, knowing you could be taken back to the city and drugged up for the rest of your life or killed by a drac at any time or the stuff you would see in the zones and how badly hurt you could and probably would get at some point in your life time living there

i think that people from the various zones have different colloquialisms, like people from zone two and zone six have different slang and it varies from zone to to zone, still fairly reasonable to understand and gets more different the farther you go, and zones next to each other are much more simila

what do you think happens when someone in the city sees something they shouldn’t. do they possibly report it, ignore it, if they’re not medicated correctly do they realise how fucked up the city is? like if they have to much trust in the city do they talk to someone they shouldn’t and get medicated to much they’re a walking zombie more so than every else in the city?

i think there’s sort of make shift hospitals in the zones, where people go when they have much more serious injuries or have been injured in a way that people in their group don’t know how to help, it’s run by people who when they whwre in the city worked in a hospital maybe, people who had medical training or people who are zone born and juts know hwo to fix people’s injuries. it’s not got tons and tons of resources in terms of things like pain killers but it does mean if you break a bone they can just stick a plaster cast on your arm and it’ll probably be better than just leaving it
