1x14 ‘Riding the Lightning’ Not JJ-Centric, but she has some great scenes and this is the episode that made me start REALLY liking her.

2x07 ‘North Mammon’ JJ fuckin takes charge and gets major shit done. I luv determined af bby JJ SO MUCH.

2x18 ‘Jones’ AAAAND A WILD FUTURE HUSBAND/BABY DADDY/WHATEVER APPEARS! I personally do like Will so this episode is great!

2x22 ‘Legacy’ Not JJ-Centric, but she pulls for the case and her + Hotch have some good scenes :)

3x04 ‘Children of the Dark’ Really heavy JJ x Emily episode. Everything about this episode is phenomenal, but get a fuckton of tissues before watching I s2g I cry so much…

3x18 ‘The Crossing’ another “JJ takes charge and also doesn’t take shit from anyone” episode. Which is so awesome.

4x14 ‘Cold Comfort’ JJ’s first ep after AJ came back from maternity leave and she has some wonderful scenes (esp with Rossi)

5x05 ‘Cradle to Grave’ Not JJ-Centric, but she plays a major part AND THE SCENE WITH HER AND EMILY BEING BADASSES IS ENOUGH FOR THIS LIST TBH…

5x13 ‘Risky Business’ should be renamed ‘AJ fucking Cook will make you FUCKING CRY LIKE A LITTLE FUCKING BITCH’ One of the best JJ episodes in my opinion.

5x15-5x16 ‘Public Enemy’ & ‘Mosley Lane’ both aren’t JJ-centric, but show why a MEDIA LIASON is SO IMPORTANT.

6x02 ‘JJ’ don’t even fucking start with this one. It’s v bittersweet and as much as I resent CBS, I can’t resent this episode!

6x18 ‘Lauren’ It’s obviously an Emily-Centric one, but JJ comes back to save her ass and makes us all cry soooooo…

7x07 ‘There’s No Place Like Home’ Some major JJ/Henry feels. MAJOR. FEELS.

7x14 ‘Closing Time’ This one is worth it just for that scene where JJ kicks some unsub ass (♥ ‿ ♥)

7x23-24 ‘Hit/Run’ This is as JJ-Centric as it gets. Also as fucking PAINFUL. Really quality episodes tho, what a season finale.

8x14 ‘All That Remains’ Not JJ-Centric, but the connection to her sister is brought up again and thts obviously REALLY EMOTIONAL. I just… 

8x21 ‘Nanny Dearest’ JJ really connects with the victims and also I WANT TO CRY. A LOT. DON’T TOUCH ME.

9x14 ‘200’ Soooo Jemilyyyy it’s not even funnyyyyyy. Blackbird 5eva.

10x11 ‘The Forever People’ AJ Cook is a phenomenal actress and could step on me. This episode is great, although u will probably cry for days lol.

Chik-fil-le sandwich

INGREDIENTS:

4 hamburger buns, split

1 head green leaf lettuce, leaves separated

1 beefsteak tomato, sliced

20 dill pickle slices

FOR THE CHICKEN

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 cup dill pickle juice

1 ½ cups milk, divided

1 cup peanut oil

1 large egg

½ cup all-purpose flour

1 tablespoon confectioners’ sugar

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Place a chicken breast on a cutting board. With your hand flat on top of it, carefully slice the chicken in half horizontally. Trim excess fat as needed.

In a large shallow baking dish, combine chicken, pickle juice and ½ cup milk; marinate for at least 30 minutes. Drain well.

Heat peanut oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.

In another large shallow baking dish, whisk together remaining 1 cup milk and egg. Stir in chicken to coat and drain excess milk mixture.

In a gallon size Ziploc bag or large bowl, combine chicken, flour and confectioners’ sugar; season with salt and pepper, to taste.

Working in batches, add chicken to the skillet and cook until evenly golden and crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.

Serve chicken immediately on burger buns with green leaf lettuce, tomato and pickles.
