Dude fuck everyone but Savge Oppress he literally just wanted to protect his brother and they hypnotized him into to killing him, then he gets sent to the fuck you factory where he is electrocuted every two minutes. Finally, he is forced to engage in a looney tunes ass fight where Ventress and Dooku just periodically fuck his shit up in increasingly unserious ways.

He did nothing wrong and is just given L after L my baby does not deserve this fucking treatment. I hope he fucking kills everyone and runs away to live in a field of daisies with his big brother Darth Maul

MY PROBLEM WITH SATINE KRYZE ( Doylist Perspective)

DISCLAIMER: I am aware that she is a complex written female character who may receive hate because of that, this is not what this post is about.

I lowkey hate when people say that everyone who hates Satine is a misogynist, I do think that there is a large audience particularly men who do not like her for that reason, but this statement also glosses over the real and accurate criticisms of her character, because Satine herself is the primary factor in why her rule of Mandalore failed.

Moreover I think the frustration in a lot of people when it comes to her is that she is never confronted in a meaningful way about this, despite the fact she has close relationships with two of the most politically savvy people in the show (Padme and Obi-Wan). The narrative treats her as a victim of circumstances rather than a politician who chose to be blind to the consequences of her policies.

This also contributes to why I myself can not enjoy the ship between Satine and Obi-Wan because as they are in their adulthood, not only are they not compatible, but they are unable to address any of Satine’s shortcomings more than a quip. Which seems widely out of character for Obi-Wan even if he is supposed to love her (I do not believe by the time of Clone Wars he is still in love with her but does love her in a way)

This is just a short Doylist break down of my problems with Satines character I have a longer Watsonian break down of her actual psychology and the belief system she operates under.

People in Star Wars fandom will say stuff like "I support women's wrongs!" And "We need more complex women!" And then on the same sentence hate Ahsoka for being Annoying, hate Satine because she was mean to Obi-Wan once, and hate Padmé for being Padmé.

Dude I’m so tired of fics where Vader only raises Luke and not Leia when statistically she’d be the one he would be more likely to find, I suspect this is because some of these writers purposefully or not don’t want to have to deal with Leia very much, or engage with her trauma or potential relationship with Anakin in a meaningful way. Anyway if anyone has any fics where the are both raised by Vader please drop them I am very interested.

Do you think Obi-Wan ever had one of those dreams where you keep waking up inside of it and are eventually convinced it’s real, but the dream was that order 66 and Anakin’s fall never happened.

So over the course of his dream he’s slowly convinced it is real only to wake up in the morning to realize it wasn’t, but for a night he believed it was.

This is probably a little OOC but I’ll still share: Leia and Luke are padawan but do not know who their parents are. Master Skywalker is kind to them and Senator Amidala often comes by to watch the padawans. Leia is especially devoted to the Jedi code and vows to never fall in love. Unfortunately a man known as Rush Clovis keeps harassing Senator Amidala. When Leia goes to defend her he reveals to all the padawans the truth about who her parents are. She is devastated by it especially since the other padawans began to isolate her and her brother. She also refuses to be near either of her parents knowing they lied to her. Leia confronts Clovis but when she learns he has been keeping Palpatine alive and hidden she kills him. Palpatine smirks and offer to make her his new apprentice. Leia refuses and they fight. Everyone believes Palpatine killed her but she survived and hid in the Outer Rim. She hangs out with smugglers and meets Han.

Not sure how hot of a take this is, but contrary to a lot of fics I read where Luke and Leia were raised at the Jedi temple, I don’t think that a Leia raised in the temple would leave the Jedi even for Han. If anything happened with Han I think it would be more of Obi-Wan/Satine situation.

I just think that she would enjoy being a Jedi during the time that it was a structured organization, even if she was a little hot headed

I do find it comical that Obi-Wan someone who for all intents and purposes has already had a pretty difficult life asks the force what his life will hold and it just goes

I can’t stand any adaptation where Sherlock and or Watson are in love with someone who isn’t each other like I can not suspend my disbelief that far, I love the original stories and by god those stories are built on the love Holmes and Watson have for each other. I also think the reason why I have a problem with this has to do with the fact it seems these stories sideline Watson and that is something I will not stand for. I wish I could look past this because I’ve heard really good things about adaptations where the main ship people have is Moriarty/Holmes. It I am unable.

No hate to anyone who is ride or die for bbc Sherlock but in my opinion it’s just a bad adaptation of the Sherlock Holmes stories, it’s constantly misunderstands the point of storyline such as Irene Adler, mischaracterizes Holmes and Watson to the point of being almost unrecognizable, not to mention the queerbait. It’s overall a bad time for everyone
