Cada día es una nueva oportunidad, no la desperdicies. Sal a caminar con tus amigos, hace ejercicio, toma agua, duerme temprano, ríe, disfruta tu película favorita, etc. Nunca se sabe hasta cuándo estaremos aquí, ¿y qué mejor manera de disfrutar cada momento al máximo? No esperes a ese “día especial” para ponerte aquella blusa que tanto amas, ¡El día especial es hoy, hazlo! No empieces a hacer ejercicio en Enero, porque “año nuevo, vida nueva” ¡No! si empiezas hoy estarás más cerca de tu meta que si empezaras en Enero. Nunca es tarde para empezar algo, o volver a empezar. Recuerda que aunque sean pequeñas cosas aún así estás haciendo mucho más que si no hicieras nada. Al final de todo, todo habrá valido la pena, creéme. ¡No estás solo en esto!
