Tad unrelated to the tadc stuff but felt like reposting this is a good reminder for y'all to start looking into discord alternatives if you have not done so already! Personal recommendation for me is to get fluxer. It's not perfect but its more or less a spot on version of discord from the early 2020s-ish (feels weird saying that lol) which makes intergation pretty easy to do. AND ALSO BE SURE TO BACKUP YOUR DISCORD MESSAGES USING BY USING THE DISCRUB ADDON ON THE SITE VERSION OF DISCORD IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY. Anyways I'll prolly be cooking up more tadc yuri stuff in the meantime lol chaio

Since the finale is out heres some art of the girls for y'all lol
I don't tend to post my opinions of media a lot much online but I figured since it's the finale to a show I have loved for the past three years of my life I figured it'd be worth sharing my thoughts on it's finale. Starting off the visuals, animation and voice acting are FANTASTIC in this. It's incredibly clear the animation team put their best into this finale and MY GOD it shows. Scenes where Pomni is entering Jax's mind or chasing Jax around and Caine's void scene were so goddamn awesome to look at! Voice acting as well was just SO GOOD. Jax and Pomni hugging each other is probably my favorite scene in the whole show as a result of just HOW GOOD THE VOICE ACTING WAS MAN! I legit nearly cried multiple times when I saw it in theaters AND I DON'T CRY AT MANY THINGS! Thing I didn't really like about the finale though is probably the most important part OF a finale, the writing. Everything about the finale felt like something out of a fanfiction or just didn't quite match how the show was written in the past eight for me. Characters like Pomni feel too oblivious or out of character compared to how they were in past episodes. Certain plot points I feel were either focused on too much (like did we really need to show how Caine got access to the mind files??) or to little like with the reveal of the cast NOT BEING HUMAN! Theres a lot more I could get into here but I feel like the youtuber DBL MP puts my criticisms of the finale in a much better way tbh: (Their video of the finale is below): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baNSb5u2Fhs&t=2s Overall the finale wasn't bad to say but it does feel like a bit of a letdown ending for TADC to me personally. DESPITE THAT HOWEVER! I still love this show, even if I am not a big fan of it's ending I still firmly believe this show will continue to define animation and storytelling in a far more positive way than any of us will truly realize. There are not many pieces of media out there like TADC and I am forever grateful to be apart of something amazing. I will be posting some finale art ofc still (and MAYBE a comic) but all in all, this really was, an amazing circus.
