Week 3 (Day 11-15)
Wow, so quickly 3rd week at the Gym! So far, I've been improving my physical condition and my instructor said next week will be harder. I have no more to say, I'll try to keep up with the workouts and I'll try to keep the motivation.
Week 2 (Day 6-10)
My five workout days were OK.
But day 10 was kind of a nightmare… A kid stole my bottle of water 😂 !! I know how silly it is!!
I was so anxious because I knew that at some point during my workout, my body will eventually need water.
At the end I did the same thing that the mean kid did to me. I stole the bottle of someone…I don’t know who’s and to be honest I didn’t care…I did it for my survival. 👍
Day 3, 4, 5
And my first week at the Gym was over. I felt great, I'm planning to keep going and get better. Tomorrow week 2, bring It on!

Day 2 - I'm a B
Today’s workout was better than yesterday.
I’ve also have a medical test to check my physical condition in order to have a routine.
In the scale from A (lowest/basic) to D (in shape/extreme routine), I got a B.
So I’m a B, not beginner not advanced.
Let’s see how that routine will fit me : D
Day 1
After 7 months of laziness I decided to try it again. This time in a new Gym.
First workout was not intense but good enough to make me feel energetic.
Let’s see what happen in this new adventure, hopefully this time I will change my body.
