Looking at my own resume and recognizing how much quality experience I have that is relevant to jobs I would excel at with organizations I would absolutely love working for, and then realizing every rejection I’ve ever gotten is purely because I do not have a bachelors degree is actually insane. I am way more qualified than literally anyone who came straight from the high school->undergrad->workforce pipeline. I have put in so much time and effort and heart towards building spaces I care about and when it comes to getting paid to do these things, none of it matters because I didn’t finish college. And that’s pretty messed up dude!!
