"Kimura." She replied with a small smile, extending her hand out for him to shake."Nice to meet you."
He hadn't been expecting her to hold out her hand. He tentatively clasped it with a smile. "Nice to meet you too."
"Well, I think it suits you. It’s…pretty?" He wondered if that was the word he wanted to use. He nodded. Yes, that was the best word to describe it.
Ruby laughed, dropping her hands and looking backup at him. “Thank you. I hardly remember what I look like without it."
"I'd imagine just as pretty. But that's just my opinion."
"I’ll take your word for it." He tilted his head, blonde tresses billowing down his shoulders. “Sparkling like that must be fun. It’s unique."
Ruby looked down at her hands, watching the uncovered parts shine slightly. “I’ve never given much thought to that part. I hardly notice it anymore, actually."
"Well, I think it suits you. It's...pretty?" He wondered if that was the word he wanted to use. He nodded. Yes, that was the best word to describe it.
"I like it." He managed a faint smile, sky blue eyes shimmering. “You’d definitely stand out in a crowd…and I mean that in the best possible way." He added quickly, not wanting to offend.
Ruby smiled, tilting her head in thanks. “I’ve come to accept that. I knew what I was getting into when I chose this form," she chuckled.
"I'll take your word for it." He tilted his head, blonde tresses billowing down his shoulders. "Sparkling like that must be fun. It's unique."
"It is?" The man blinked, finding her friendliness unexpected. “Er…well, it’s good to meet you, Ruby. That’s a nice name."
"Thanks. Pretty original, huh?" she smiled, gesturing to her ruby skin.
"I like it." He managed a faint smile, sky blue eyes shimmering. "You'd definitely stand out in a crowd...and I mean that in the best possible way." He added quickly, not wanting to offend.

"Monet." He rolled the name off his tongue, liking how it sounded. “That’s a pretty name." For the first time he managed a soft smile. “And what do you do?"
"Of course it is, it’s mine," she replied. “I’m a private investigator. For X-Factor Investigations. Though, admittedly, I don’t really need their money."
He could find no argument with her sound logic. "Wow. That sounds like a lot of fun." An almost child-like twinkle developed in sky blue irises. "X-Factor...I've heard of you. The mutant group."
