Hey. i started counting calories and i’m very n o t okay when it shows i went over. today is tuesday, so here’s a schedule i made for myself.

today- 200-300 cal

wednesday- 400-500 cal

thursday- 200-300

friday- 200

weekend- (can’t really try with these yet bc my parents are home on the weekends)

i know i don’t post this stuff much on my account here but i need to.

i gained 20lbs in a month. a. month. i’ve been binging so badly and i no longer have a dip in my fcking stomach. i feel so gross with myself and i don’t know if fasting would do anything- especially bc of the binging, i can’t fix it. and i won’t purge because one of my closest friends has bulimia and made me swear i would never do it. and i’m going to stick by that for her.

but what do i do? i just want to be skinny. my weight tracking app shows bmi and mine is so close to being unhealthy… what do i do? i really want an easy fix and i can’t really workout bc anytime i have a routine i can’t stick to it. so i’m stuck and i feel miserable. maybe if i was skinnier i’d be happier. can someone help at all?
