I am really seeing a huge increase in meanspo that is not proceeded by a huge TW above it in the thinspo tags. I feel like this is due to an influx of people from ED twitter, so I feel like I have to explain to y'all: that is not how we do things here. Do not post meanspo without a TW above it. Please just respect that some people don't like meanspo, and it should be contextualised within BEING MEANSPO rather than just your personal opinion about people with BED, bulimia, fat people etc., because if you just make it seem like your personal opinion rather than a tool people can use if they want to to motivate themselves, then you are actively shutting out people who are really struggling with eating disorders and re-enforcing the idea that they are not "sick enough". Please just put a "TW MEANSPO" above your post. It's what we do here and have done for a long time. It's harm reduction and community care.
