This is all to say that at the 202 level, I don't have a prescribed answer or rule to recommend. You have to identify what works for you, what is or isn't good or safe for you, what level of damage is actually okay. Humans have the right to do things that aren't great for them! But more than that, sexual drama can be transformative and "real" if you want to make that a part of it for you.

Storytime with Daisy Pt 1:

Background: Wearing diapers is as much about comfort as necessity for me. I have dysautonomia, a malfunction of the autonomic nervous system which causes a whole host of issues, one of which being a weak and hyperactive bladder. I also have complex PTSD which can cause me to have psychogenic incontinence under extreme stress or during flashbacks.

I started seeing a really sweet guy about 2 months ago. He's kink aware and semi accepting but doesn't really participate.

I told him I have psychogenic incontinence and bladder issues on our first date when he asked about me wearing diapers. I told him it doesn't happen often but it had been getting particularly bad around that time because I was going through a lot. He laughed it off saying it was no big deal.

I laid there for a couple minutes paralyzed. I felt ashamed thinking of all the times my parents and past partners yelled or got mad at me for wetting the bed. My mind was racing to figure out what to do and I wished I could melt into the mattress. I was laying partially on him when it happened so it got all over the bed and him.

I felt him wake up and roll over. I started to cry and profusely apologize. He was groggy and asked what was wrong. I told him I had an accident and started to get up to go wipe off.

I hid in the bathroom for a couple minutes and when I came out he was changing his clothes. I tentatively walked over to the other side of the bed and laid down.

I was tense, waiting for the worst but he just laid beside me and wrapped me in his arms. I asked if he was mad at me, he gave me a little squeeze and said no, that I had told him I had a weak bladder and it was ok in a really gentle voice. I asked him if he wanted me to change the sheets and he said it could wait until the morning and I should go back to sleep.
