It's Fossil Friday!

Here are some zooms into my "Deep Blue Buffet" painting (Part 1), commissioned by The Etches Collection. It features a bunch of species from the Late Jurassic Kimmeridge Clay: a dead sauropod, "The Sea Rex" (probably Pliosaurus), Hybodus, Hypsocormus, Metriorhynchus, Aspidorhynchus, and lots of Allothrissops.

So, fate wanted this fan art to be done the same day of the Switch 2 Announcement, and from the teaser of the new Mario Kart game, it seems DK will use his movie's design now ? Neat.

Anyway, with the remaster of Country Returns HD, you can basically play every DK Country on the Switch now. Kinda amazing, to be honest.

Tropical Freeze is still the best of the bunch, but you got the idea.

They added Dixie Kong, and also fixed all the graphical issue, shortened the loading times and 2nd player bugs from the 3DS version. It's FINALLY a worthy switch port !

...So I know I've already made the joke with Bananza last time, but it kinda fits the "Edit" idea soooo.... Have it again !
