for some wretched reason i can instinctively associate like the actual physical directions conveyed by 右 and 左 like both quickly and accurately while my whole life ive been a "turn left. i said turn. no your other left" in my Native Language. like i have never been able to get past guessing with 50% accuracy which direction left is even if i take 5 seconds to think about it. i still have to use my hands to get it right reliably. and yet?????? somehow the problem appears not to actually be in the actual orientation part??????? is it possible to teach babies about directions too early?????? did they fuck me up by teaching me about directions wrong somehow????????

people said this about me and called me a chaser just before i came out, also, i'm gay and not into women so it was a really weird rhetorical pull. like good luck telling that to my friend group of mostly transfems. it's a strategy to attempt to isolate transfems from any potential allies, or more likely to make transmisogynists view any allyship as suspect and ensure some of the same harrassment for allies that transfems get.

the thing i dont get is that like "igm done in the name of forcibly aligning intersex infants with an assigned gender is a different process than perisex infants just getting a letter on a birth cert" is so obviously true but considering that part to be (uniquely) "coercive gender assignment" feels EXTREMELY like, backronymed, right, like it makes passable sense from the direction of Explaining the acronym but not from the direction of hypothetically inventing the acronym, it feels like it would have made a lot more sense to use any other word. like, gender assignment is EITHER simply the decision to call a child male or female, and everything else flows forth from that instant, OR it is every reinforcement of that role by force that happens in that child's life afterwards........ **OR** gender assignment is when your legal gender is "matched" to your genitals, and "coercive gender assignment" is being used in the same sense as "sex reassignment surgery" where "gender" is in any way an objective measurement of a persons body that Requires that supposed "match", which is not only a weird and archaic and cissexist worldview, but also like By Necessity aligns with the view of intersexuality as a form of disorder that mutates from an intrinsic true gender into something ambiguous. like. hm. i feel like i cant say this as concisely as i want. people who believe casab language should be intersex exclusive rarely want to discuss or explain why it should be considered an Exclusive case of coercion but even more importantly to me nobody answers why you would specifically consider igm ****gender assignment**** and not anything else!! it doesnt feel right!!
