“Oh, come on, Honoka-chan.” He said, slowly bringing his face closer as his voice weakened. Lightly pulling the girl towards him at the same time. “Even you can tell what I mean~…” He leaned forward, gradually coming closer, bringing his lips towards her’s; building up for a kiss. –Though, at near zero distance, Asuto separated himself, quickly straightening his back and skipping off a step away.

“–Well?” He asked, turning his head to look back to her; “How’d that feel? Made your heart race~?” He teased; though while at it, looking to affirm to himself.

A soft gasp passed her lips again, staring in shock as he continued moving closer.. Their lips were even beginning to brush before he suddenly stepped away. Shame flushed clearly on her cheeks as she had been almost leaning in, eyes beginning to flutter shut before suddenly he was gone. “Ugh- Asuto-kun!” The girl huffed quickly, blush evident on her pale skin. 

“I-i told you to stop teasing me like that!” Settling the closest thing to a glare as she could manage on him, before glancing away. “It.. did.. It felt- nice and.. Oh! Why am I even telling you? Just so you can tease me further?” Folding her arms over her chest she turned away briefly. “A-are you going to actually help me? O-or should I just go?”

Her eyes lit up. “Really?! I love the human world so much!!! I spend most of my time there!!!” She was beyond excited that this girl shared her love for the human world. She rarely found spirits who shared her love. In fact, she hadn’t yet. Only ones who thought she was insane, and a few others who didn’t try and stop her. “How much have you been there?”

“N-not much at all I’m afraid.. Only once before.” The confession made her own heart sink at the memory of the beautiful rolling green hills, warming bright sun, the blue sky that stretched out for almost ever. “Y-you’re very lucky to get to go so often... I wish I had that pleasure, Emi-chan..”

[Pulling her along the streets of the human world] "Oh, there's this little bakery I just can't wait to show you!!!" [Coming to a small shop, the pink haired girl halted to a stop, nearly running face first into the door. Seeming to not be fazed at all, she smiled even wider, eyes widening in delight. She ran inside, still pulling Honoka behind her.]

 “Emi-chan look out-!” She called forward before pulling her free hand back wincing as the girl just barely skimmed ramming into the door. Honoka honestly couldn’t be any happier her close friend was wanting to show her a place she truly adored, just because she asked, but her enthusiasm was proving to be nearly dangerous. “M-maybe we could- woah!” Yelping out she stumbled forward being pulled inside, instantly the delicious smells hitting her nose.

Another chuckle escaped the Earthly Scales’ lips as the girl in-front attempted to take charge; though still didn’t sound too convincing. Sending himself out of his chair, his braid fluttering through the air for a short moment, he closed in on the opposing spirit once again, quick to reach for her hand and chin. “You know, Honoka-chan.” He started, gradually bringing himself closer; holding her right hand gently and thumb and finger framing her chin. “I am taking this seriously. I always take you seriously…” He spoke in a low, silent tone; further closing the distance between their faces.

“A-asuto-kun..” Blue eyes widened, surprised by his sudden movements, coming closer to her yet again. She hadn’t been expecting the situation to take such a sudden turn, her heart beginning to race as he closed the distance between them, “W-what do you mean..?” For the first time she didn’t try moving away, tilting her head up to stare at him in surprise, his touch seemed to freeze her to the spot. He couldn’t possibly be insinuating he was interested in her..

Eyes widened, Asuto straightened himself a bit on his chair before letting out a laugh and smiling at her. “Wow! Really!? You want to learn how to flirt?” Honestly, he was just excited to hear she took him for someone like that. The idea of the ever-timid Honoka flirting, was in his mind, rather amusing. “Ohh, wonder why’s that~ Got someone on your mind? Hope it’s me~”

  “H-hai! I wish for you to teach me how to flirt!” Even though she tried to sound quite in charge, it was meek and sounded more as if she were asking for permission. She saw his playfully attitude dancing behind those red eyes of his, “I-i do..” A large blush covered her cheeks as she push her hair behind her ear, the white flower moving briefly. “P-please take this seriously Asuto-kun!”

"You don't have to keep calling me Master. I have a name." Considering this was probably more then the 50th time he had told her this but she always forgot. (@nottexstella)

“I-i’m sorry M-mast- I-i mean R-raiden!” The girl immediately was flustered by his tone of voice, trying to keep a cool head as she bowed quickly to him, face entirely red.

“Of course! I’ve heard wonderful things about you!” Emi took both of her hands. She could easily read emotions, and could tell how in disbelief the other girl was, if her features and words hadn’t already given that away. Plus, Emi just liked contact with other people. “I was so excited to finally get to meet you!” The spirit smiled wider. “We should do something sometime! Like, a lot of times! Oooh…what do you think of the human world?” She was curious about that, and hoped the question wasn’t too sudden.

“Do something...? Y-yes, I would like that..” She nodded hesitantly, finally offering a small smile, to the pink haired girl, relaxing visibly now as they seemed to be getting along more. Wonderful things? She could only picture her father or perhaps her key holder speaking well of her.. “The human world? I adore it.. There’s nothing i’d like more than to get to spend a full day, living just a normal human life... Heh- call me silly, but I think it’d be nice..”

“–Oh?” He inclined his head, resting it over a knuckle, elbow leaning on the chair’s armrest. Despite her change in demeanor, Asuto remained loose; “You’re going to have to be a bit more specific, Honoka-chan~ If you don’t, I won’t know how to help you, you know. How do I do what?”

  “F-flirting! Being s-so charming without even b-blushing, Asuto-kun!” 

 The girl yelped before blushing furiously at her outburst, but didn’t look away, keeping her sapphire eyes watching him eagerly awaiting the answer.

She giggled, ruffling her hair. “Of course I know who you are, silly!” She had indeed heard a lot about her, and had been eager to meet her. She’d been hoping for another spirit friend. As she had many human friends, her spirit friends were barely any, as she barely spent any time here. Maybe Honoka even shared her fascination. Or possibly she could help spark it.

  Usually the sudden touch would make her blushing again, but the other’s words completely took her off guard- shocking her entirely. This girl.. knew her? They had never met, and she was rarely in the other spirits domains yet... Emi knew her? “Y-you know who I am..? B-but- how? I-i’m never around..” Glancing away shyly, she played with the hem of her dress nervously.This girl was practically the Princess of the zodiacs.. and Honoka was ‘the beast’ no one paid attention to, yet somehow she had taken notice of her?

He chuckled lightly to himself, approaching the woman. “You really are adorable when you blush like that, Honoka-chan.” He said, poking her before gathering distance again; sitting down. “–So? How can I help you?”

  A deeper blush covered his cheeks at his sudden compliment, jumping a bit when he suddenly poked her before going to settle in his chair.. Hesitating she followed, before growing seemingly serious. “H-how do you do that?!”

“Oh–? This is rare; for me to get a visit from you. Do I dare consider myself lucky~?”

 “P-please do not tease me Asuto-san... I-i come to ask a q-question from you..” Blue eyes moved away from the flirtatious boy, she could barely meet his eyes, let alone respond without stuttering.

About Muse; Name: Honoka (N/A last name) Parents: Ophiuchus the 13th Key x Unknown Age: appears 18 Sexuality: Heterosexual (and Biromantic) Birthdate: December 5th Personality: Honoka is a very sweet and shy person, she loves flowers and is often compared to one- both in beauty and her gentleness. Though she’s beautiful, kind, and easy to get along with she’s always been an outcast from the other spirits, often being on her own which caused her shyness. Despite being outcasted, she holds no grudges against the other spirits, instead admiring and looking up to them more so. But when her spirit form is activated, The Ophidian, she becomes nearly crazed- not in control of her actions- only doing whatever her master says to do. She attacks mercilessly and is even willing to sacrifice her own limbs to win. Having a long arm made into a large black sword, she gives off a metallic aura, something cold and mechanical more or less- her eye also lights up with violet flames.. As the Ophidian is the ‘Burning Serpent’ History: Being the daughter of the thirteenth key, she was more frowned upon by other spirits, while all the others shone like gold- she herself gave off a duller glow, often being left in the shadows away from everyone. Due to this, she also became very close to her key holder, aka the only person she considered a friend… She also is close with her father as well, often confiding in him with any of her problems. She has become extremely protective over her key holder- and tends to become almost possessive in a sort even though they aren’t in a relationship.
