I like to imagine the ambidextrous perk in cyberpunk being a result of Johnny (who is a leftie) taking over V’s body and now V can use their left hand as well as their right hand. The only catch is whenever they use their left hand to do something, they do it like Johnny would. For example when V writes with their left hand, it’s in Johnny’s handwriting.

It's honestly pretty unsettling for Rogue and Kerry because V will be acting like normal and then arbitrarily reach for their drink with their left hand and for just a moment it's like Johnny is sitting there right in front of them. It's especially apparent when V's using the Malorian because not only do they shoot like Johnny but their entire stance and body language changes when they use that gun only for V to switch weapons and suddenly they're back to being just V and not the ghost of Silverhand's past.

Idk, I just like to think about all the small innocuous ways that Johnny is slowly overwriting V and how unsettling that must be for the people that knew V before the Relic and the people that knew Johnny when he was alive but everyone that has only known V&Johnny wouldn't even notice because to them that's just V even as they slowly lose themself to Johnny more and more everyday.

When I got my first debit account (I was 19 and this occurred during COVID, if that adds any additional context), I had no clue what ‘cash back’ meant, I thought it was ‘cash back’ in the loyalty rewards way, I was curious about the ‘DO YOU WANT CASH BACK?’ screen with all the pre-programmed money amounts. Instead of looking it up, I clicked the $20 option at Food Lion one day and I was completely astounded when the cashier pulled a $20 out of the cash register and went to hand it to me. This is the opposite of the natural order of things. The cashier was the same age as me and visibly baked so for a fraction of a second, I was wondering if our wires got crossed somehow. I just stood there for a moment staring at him in confusion while he stared at me in confusion. Then, I took the $20 and gathered up my groceries and left. Luckily, $20 didn’t put me into overdraft. No harm done, just a very embarrassing moment. Anyway, if someone comes into your retail job behaving like it is their first day on earth, it is probably because they feel like it is their first day on earth. We’re all just trying to figure this bullshit out. Amen.

I just realized that if you choose to kiss Blonde Blazer in the first episode, you can have a playthrough where Robert kisses (or is kissed by) three different people

So now I’m picturing Committed Situationship Flambae somehow finding out about this and getting all jealous and dramatic about it like:

“What the fuck? How many of our coworkers have you kissed?? Am I just a notch on your fucking mech suit??”

And Robert’s like, “Okay first of all, I don’t keep track of my kisses using notches, because I’m not twelve years old. Second, if you were just a notch, I definitely wouldn’t put up with the constant shit talk and musical disses. And lastly—not that it matters, but just for the record—two of those kisses were not my idea.”

And Flambae’s initially mollified by that answer, but every once in a while when he’s feeling jealous or neglected he’ll make little petty comments like “Did you kiss Waterboy? Is that why he follows you around like a puppy?” or “Just so you know, if you kiss Sonar we're not fucking at my place again. I just know he has fleas and you’re not bringing them into my apartment.”
