“That’s right! They don’t know anything about what we can do, I’ll bet! They picked the wrong penguin to put in a cage!” His words carry down the hallway. Great. Good job, pal.
He knew better than to risk running into the barrier itself. But it had to have some sort of power source, and power sources meant some sort of connection. A connection that was probably in the wall.
“I’m gonna bust down the wall. If you got the aversion to light thing that Dark Matter seems to have, might wanna, I dunno, do something about it cause I can guarantee we’re gonna have trouble once I break this place wide open!”
The king cracks his neck before retreating to the back of the cell, which isn’t very far, and flinging himself at the wall. There’s a loud bang, but the wall doesn’t budge, not yet.
Dedede, however, isn’t done. He keeps bashing into the wall, and he’s very slowly making some progress.
When the light is mentioned, the clone once again directs his gaze right on the barrier. Of course ... Being programmed to wield the rainbow sword made him somewhat more resistant ... But light seemed to make him act more erratic... And really irritating. That could be a problem.
He jumps in his place when hears the first impact.
Oh, impressive. The king is quite tough.
Another impact is heard...
Wait ... will he let the other do all the work?
The swordsman has lost much time abstracted in his thoughs.
"... Leave some strength for what awaits us." He closes his single eye and lets out of the dark composition of his body a few orange orbs, one after another, which orbit around him. Dedede has cracked the wall, and knowing where to aim, some explosive force could finish the job.
"Okay ... I think I got this." Quickly, the projectiles are launched, exploding on contact. A buzzing sound surrounds them as the lighting seems to blink, that's all that can be noticed due to the dust that rises.
I can not believe the penguin is right. The damn energy source is there?
