Drensi had a sudden look of discomfort on his face and it only increased a little more when the elder dragon asked if Drensi was scared of Savor. In all honesty, yes, he was terrified of the general, but also had the utmost respect for the scarred red dragon, just like he did for the dragon lord. He respected them both much more than he feared them, yet the fear he had for them was about equal.

He was about to answer the Eastern dragon’s question with all honesty until that door slammed open and basically made him jump a bit, the noise and suddenness of the door startled him.

When the dragon lord came in, Drensi’s eyes began looking over the Lord’s new savage looking features. Drensi could tell in the Lord’s eyes that he was pissed, he guessed the elder dragon noticed that too. The Lord basically showed it, but rather than wincing at the shear power before him, Drensi thought that the Lord looked cool in this savage form it complemented his lordship very well, including those secondary horns.

Drensi was suddenly snapped out of his thoughts when the Lord asked him to come, and Drensi took no time at all to jump off the bed after placing his finished tea cup near by the bed. He made a soft nod to the Eastern dragon to basically thank him for helping him out then appeared at the dragon Lord’s side, ready to go. Drensi’s wound had plenty of time to heal and was now just a small scratch on his back, yet it only stung a small bit, he didn’t really notice it.

Drensi made a soft smile at the Lord indicating that he was ready to go anywhere the dragon lord wanted to take him, his scorpion tail moved softly from side to side as he patiently waited for the dragon lord.

[.:♛:.] The old medic nodded, shaken by the dragon lord’s sudden intrusion thinking that it was he who had made him angry. But fortunately he was wrong. The elder bowed and quietly went back to his work as the pair moved along through the decorated halls.

Lord Alexander’s breath was heavy and labored as he strode along, sharp crimson shards of crystals tearing through the flesh among his shoulders gradually. He did not appear bothered by them, however. Eventually the halls they traveled through became darker and less regal, only torches lining the slick rocky walls. The hallways themselves became massive in size, and so did the dragon lord, as his body began to contort and swell into a more monstrous feral form of himself. He was soon walking on all fours as a full on dragon.

“My apologies for how my guard had treated you so unkindly. Rest assured you will be receiving a proper apology from him..” the dragon explained, his vocals more bass heavy and monstrous but calm and regal all the same.

Drensi fell into step right beside the dragon lord as they walked. He stared ahead as they strode through the elegant castle in silence then he made a gentle blink when the area suddenly went dark. Drensi let his eyes adjust to the darkness but he still had to squint a little because of the torches and their rays bouncing off of the slick walls, his eyes were made for the pure darkness not the light, but he had gotten used to the bright sunlight and artificial light over the years when he used to wear either really dark sunglasses or stayed inside dark areas so the light wouldn’t hurt his eyes. Now though, he was older and more experienced and he stayed out in the light more, he didn’t need dark sunglasses anymore but he still needed something covering his eyes so he wouldn’t squint as much, the darkness made him feel comfortable and his eyes didn’t have to strain themselves that much.

After a while, Drensi noticed the lord completely changing into his feral form, he wasn’t startled by it though, he was used to it because he did it himself, well used to, his armor made it hard to change into his dragon form now. It was ok though the armor was cool looking and made him look intimidating and protected his body very well so it was an exception to being in his dragon form. What did startle him though was the lord’s size, compared to the dragon lord, Drensi was tiny, and even tinier now that the dragon lord was in his feral form.

When the dragon lord spoke, Drensi snapped out of his thoughts and moved his bright glowing green eyes to the lord’s eyes.

“It’s alright, but as you know it wasn’t his fault…As I told you, I basically forced him to fight me, I hope it’s alright if I apologize too,” he said softly as he moved his eyes away from the lord and stared ahead. He still did feel bad about Savor getting in trouble for his stupidity. Even if Savor didn’t want to accept his apology, he still wanted to life the burden off his shoulders. He felt it was the right thing to do.

Drensi made a soft nod in agreement to what the older dragon stated, Savor hated him, that much was true, and it was also true that dragons hated him for being not full dragon, and everyone was going to bring him down for it. He made a soft sigh and took a gentle sip of his tea, he was just going to have to take the ridicule like a grown man, no matter how much it was going to hurt him.

He took another sip of his tea and looked back up at the Eastern dragon, this second statement made him wince, this Min T had the stupidest idea to basically overthrow the dragon lord, well, he tried to anyway. Drensi had never seen the dragon lord fight before, but even if the dragon lord didn’t have his powers, Drensi would have guessed that the Lord’s fighting style was brutal and on point, strength and all, but Drensi couldn’t believe that this Min T did something like take the Lord’s powers away and gain the kingdom for himself, hell, Drensi loved the castle, he loved it’s beauty, but he’d never do something as stupid as what this Min T did, and in all honesty, the dragon lord was a better ruler, the Lord was the castle’s rightful ruler and will always be henceforth.

“It sounded like this Min T got a little too cocky for his own good,” he stated.

All of a sudden, he felt a soft shaking under his sitting place and held onto his tea cup, his tail made a fast swatting motion as his head shot to the floor of the room. He made another wince then looked back up at the Eastern dragon, “I’m guessing Savor and the Lord are fighting now,” he felt a bit uncomfortable now, if Savor managed to come to where he was, his punny halfling body was done for, but he still felt a little bad for pressuring the large scarred red dragon to fight him, and he didn’t know if he’d ever get over that feeling of guilt.

“Do you actually believe Savor won’t try to kill me again, ” he asked the eastern dragon.

[.:♛:.] The old medic was aware of the violent tremors befalling the glassy structure, but honestly he felt them every day. It could of been anything, really.

“Maybe, maybe not. Depends on how badly Lord Alexander injures him, to be honest. You sound as though you’re scared of him. are you?”

The eastern medic waited for Drensi to answer, but before he could the door to the infirmity had slammed open carelessly. Luckily no other patients but the halfling were present as the royal beast ambled in, looking unkempt. A secondary pair of horns had appeared to have grown below his primary horns since he last left. His features also seemed to be slightly more elongated and savage as well.

Lord Alexander was heaving with rage, and it showed. When he stalked towards the significantly smaller elder dragon; he himself had cringed back in fear.

Yet, as formidable and monstrous as the dragon lord appeared, his voice was just as regal and calm.

“If you don’t mind, doctor…I need your patient…., come lad,” he motioned towards Drensi,

Drensi made a face of uncertainty, “I highly doubt that, his eyes screamed he wanted to kill me, and I believe he still does.”

Drensi gently put the bowl of paste to the side and watched the Eastern dragon softly. His scorpion tail swayed from side to side. His back and shoulder wing was still throbbing.

Drensi made a wince after what the Eastern dragon said next, “I didn’t really want the Lord to beat Savor…I was the one that basically forced the general to fight me…Me and my stupid stubbornness, but I understand why the Lord is punishing Savor,” his eyes widened a bit, “Wait a minute…what do you mean by went rogue?”

Drensi then nodded in agreement to what the older dragon stated, yes, it was in fact true that humans were hated by all creatures. He gently began sipping on his nice tea after a nod thank you to the Eastern dragon after pouring his tea then made a smile when offered newts, he took one and bit into the newt. To his surprise, it was delicious, and after finishing one he licked his lips with his forked tongue and grabbed another.

While eating another newt, he made a soft chuckle at the Eastern ’s next statement, “Well now I’m relieved, and in all honesty I believe you do a great job at being in your field,” he chuckled again, “And I’m thankful for it, and thank you, for helping again and for not putting my halfling self down like the council does…I had to deal with it all my life, from humans and dragons,” he sighed, “And I’m not really either of them…well…that’s what they think anyway…I enjoy being a dragon mostly, even if every other dragon puts me down for being this way.”

Drensi softly started to sip on his tea again then continued on his roasted newt.

[.:♛:.] “You’re welcome. However, be it as it may that Savor would still want to kill you, it doesn’t mean that he can. You’ll have to accept that, some dragons just won’t like your disposition no matter what you do.”

Setting down his tea, the old medic sauntered towards a low sitting table, and began cleaning his supplies and organizing them.

“And what I mean by went rogue is, he turned on his lordship, somehow found a way to temporarily strip him of his powers and tried to overthrow him. It was horrible. I’m not sure whose fault it was, either way Min T, that was his name, got the bad end of the deal and perished.

I had never seen Lord Alexander so angry to where he spoke another language to summon fire. Of course it’s a lengthy tale and I wouldn’t want to burden you with it”.

The old timer paused, as he waited out a small tremor that seemed to rock the palace from somewhere below them.

Drensi’s eyes shot open and he sat up softly when he heard the Eastern dragon speaking again, his wing was laying on the bed all limp as he watched the dragon make the solution, granted it still hurt, his back included, but he just watched and made a soft chuckle when the part about staying out of the general’s way came up. He gently held the bowl in his hands when the Eastern dragon gave it to him.

He looked back up at the dragon, “But what if I’m not in the general’s way but he comes after me anyway? Should I take the beating or protect myself?”

He then gently scooped up the healing paste onto his fingers and reached for his wing first and gave a soft wince from the stretch he made and the touch of the paste to his wing shoulder wound. He looked up when he heard the word tea and he watched with a soft wince as the old dragon took hold of the pot with scaleless paws, didn’t that hurt? True, it didn’t hurt him when he’d pick up something hot, even without the scorpion armor he had now, but the old dragon had noticably not much scales left on his paws, so it was basically skin now, and sometimes skin was sensitive, and it worried him a little when he watched the old dragon touch a scolding hot pot of tea, he did notice no reaction to the pot from the dragon but he still felt worried.

Drensi snapped out of his thought when the older dragon spoke again, and it surprised him when he heard tea was first introduced by dragons, his eyes widened a bit in awe at this, and his voice showed it when he spoke, “Dragons introduced tea? I didn’t know that…my father never told me about that, well, I guess I never asked,” he tried to reach to his gashed back with the paste and grunted painfully then thought about using his stomach’s tentacles to put on the paste but immediately threw away that idea, he looked back to the dragon again, “But yes I’d really enjoy some tea right now, thank you again by the way, I’m surprised honestly that you aren’t trying to kill me, knowing I’m half dragon and all…”

His scorpion tail moved above his head softly as he sat there with the bowl of healing paste in his lap.

[.:♛:.] “ Oh he won’t be coming after you anymore, rest assured.” The old dragon chuckled, setting out the necessary utensils for the the two to have their tea with. He seemed most certain of that as he multi tasked about, using his tail to grab this or that or that mcguffin over there.

“If I know his lordship he’s more than likely beating the general within an inch of his life by now. That’s why he hurried out of here. Ever since one of the workers here went rouge the king has zero tolerance for anyone of us not sticking to the primary directive,”he chirped, settling himself down on a fancy chair near Drensi’s bed.

“And yes we did indeed introduce tea, many creatures have created and introduce a plethora of things humans seem to take credit for these days, thus why they are so hated among many.”

With that the dragon began pouring tea into Drensi’s cup, then his, placing the kettle back among its hook over the now dead fire afterwards. Before settling down once more, he offered the half-ling a few roasted newts, before crunching on a few himself without waiting for an answer. They were there if he wanted them.

“Oh dear me, me try to kill you? How humorous. I’ve had my fill of that nonsense. Now I devote my life to medicine and keeping other’s alive ahaha. I’m not prejudice like all the other brutes here.”

Drensi made a face of uncertainty, “I highly doubt that, his eyes screamed he wanted to kill me, and I believe he still does.”

Drensi nodded in agreement and what the Lord said, Savor seemed like that kind of person, well, dragon. He’d hoped that his apology was going to make the red dragon like him at least a little bit, but as the dragon lord had said, it wasn’t really going to work out. Either way, Savor was going to see to it that Drensi was going to die by his red talons.

His eyes moved upward, the color and the sharpness of his eyesight was beginning to come back as he heal, slowly and painfully. Drensi made a soft chuckle at what the dragon lord said after, yes, this was technically his punishment now. He did deserve it after all. After what he said to Savor, basically to his face. It was kinda rude.

He could see better when they entered the infirmary and made a soft grunt when the dragon lord placed him on the medical bed then looked at the Eastern dragon when he talked and smiled politely and nodded when the dragon told him what needed to be done. His eyes moved to the Lord fast and was about to say thank you but he had left quickly.

He winced then looked at the Eastern dragon again, “If I pass out and if he comes back, could you please tell him thank you for me? And thank you for helping to heal me, it means a lot,” he smiled softly and plopped his head back onto the bed softly and stared at the far wall. He let the Eastern dragon do his job on his back as he felt his eyes falling closed to rest his body.

[.:♛:.] “Yes I’ll be sure to notify him,” the old eastern croaked as he he seemed busy with mashing up various herbs in a small wooden bowl with some kind of handle for crushing. “I’m going to create a solution for you, it contains yarrow to help with the bleeding as it wields clotting properties, cat’s claw for swelling and a dash of aloe vera for pain. I suggest that staying out of the general’s way and applying it to your lacerations will get you patched up at a moment’s time.”

Once the dragon had mashed up the ingredients to a thick and fragrant paste, he handed the bowl over to Drensi and slithered over towards a fire place with a kettle that was steaming up something fierce. “Perhaps a bit of tea will also do you some good”, he added cordially, grabbing a long stick to scoop under the kettle’s handle. It seemed as old as the dragon was, and missing many scales especially around his paws, he couldn’t handle excessively hot things anymore. Yet, he was undeterred, he had a long and good life and took enjoyment out of working for the king and keeping his armies and courts healthy and cared for.

“Tea is always good for many things, I see why he loves it so much, but many dragons enjoy tea natrually. We were the ones who first introduced it to many creatures, including humans.”

Drensi groaned in pain when the Lord picked him up then his head up to meet the dragon Lord’s, he coughed softly and forced himself to tell the truth, even if his voice trembled when he spoke, “Sir….I have something important to tell you,” he breathed softly and his limp wing bounced softly as the dragon lord walked, “Savor isn’t to blame for this, yes, it’s true that his original intentions were to kill me, but he would have left me alone if I didn’t egg him on, I called him a sorry excuse for a dragon because he wouldn’t fight me, I let my stubbornness get the better of me, I’m sorry to you and your general, I’d also like to apologise to him if it’s ok with you,” he grunted a bit, “he’s right, I had no right to call him that when I myself are not a real dragon at all,” he looked away, “If you want to punish me or if you want him to punish me, I deserve it, I just wanted to tell you the truth…”

He went quiet as he watched weakly where they were going, true, he couldn’t see much from the loss of blood, but he looked back up. For some reason he felt comfortable in the Lord’s arms, being carried like this. It felt good, he felt safe, even if he knew the dragon lord was able to break his punny bones without even lifting a finger, well, he guessed the dragon lord was that strong, maybe he was stronger than he thought, who knew.

His tail bounced with the dragon Lord’s steps as it moved from side to side like it normally did. It still curled it’s normal way even if his tail was just hanging down. He stared at the color blur of a wall as the dragon lord walked, he felt like he was about to pass out from blood loss soon. His eyes were already getting droopy and heavy. It sucked that he couldn’t really see much, he wanted to know where they were going, he just had to force himself to stay awake, he forced himself to breath, even if it hurt, he just wanted to hear what the dragon lord was going to say after he told him the truth.

[.:♛:.] A snort of contempt escaped the dragon lord as he continued his way to the castle’s infirmary, dragons who were working and doing their daily tasks were quick to clear the way for the royal.“He would of killed you regardless”, he countered “ For Savor logic overrules reason, and it would be useless to try speaking with him. He despised you from the moment he saw you in the forest. He is not worth your forgiveness nor acknowledgment. You will be well to stay clear of him and out of is way, or else I’m afraid I may not be around to intervene next time. He will be penalized, rest assured.”Alexander’s words were cold and unfeeling as he finally reach reached his desired destination.

It wasn’t that he was trying to be purposely cruel, that was just how many dragons, at least in his kingdom, were. “I think your injuries are punishment enough boy,” he added.

The infirmary was your typical bright white space, clean and pristine. The dragons that worked there were well seasoned medics that specialized in medicine and necessary surgeries and dragon ailments . It seemed they had already caught wind of Drensi and his plight as they were ready for him by the time the king had entered, and gestured for him to be placed along a bed neat and piled with soft furs and various pelts.

“Anything torn or broken can be easily mended, you seemed to display some self healing properties. Perhaps a potion and a seal for those lacerations and adequate rest will suffice,” a thin rust colored eastern noted as he fixed his over-sized spectacles and examined the boy’s woulds, gently removing any garb that may have been obstructing his view.“We’ll look after him your highness”, he chirped, seemingly giddy about having someone to patch up.

Lord Alexander nodded, and turned to leave with a flick of his tail.

Drensi nodded in agreement and what the Lord said, Savor seemed like that kind of person, well, dragon. He’d hoped that his apology was going to make the red dragon like him at least a little bit, but as the dragon lord had said, it wasn’t really going to work out. Either way, Savor was going to see to it that Drensi was going to die by his red talons.

His eyes moved upward, the color and the sharpness of his eyesight was beginning to come back as he heal, slowly and painfully. Drensi made a soft chuckle at what the dragon lord said after, yes, this was technically his punishment now. He did deserve it after all. After what he said to Savor, basically to his face. It was kinda rude.

He could see better when they entered the infirmary and made a soft grunt when the dragon lord placed him on the medical bed then looked at the Eastern dragon when he talked and smiled politely and nodded when the dragon told him what needed to be done. His eyes moved to the Lord fast and was about to say thank you but he had left quickly.

He winced then looked at the Eastern dragon again, "If I pass out and if he comes back, could you please tell him thank you for me? And thank you for helping to heal me, it means a lot," he smiled softly and plopped his head back onto the bed softly and stared at the far wall. He let the Eastern dragon do his job on his back as he felt his eyes falling closed to rest his body.

Drensi watched him leave then dropped back onto the floor in a puddle of his own blood, the wounds on his wing and back were still fresh, it was going to be a while before the large gashes from Savor’s massive claws healed, even if he did have fast healing, not many things healed as fast as he wanted to on his body, a broken bone would heal quickly depending on where it was, but a large gash from a dragon’s claws, was going to take much longer to heal.

His wing lay limply beside his body as he hissed in pain, he heard the dragon lord growl, he felt scared, because he was stupid enough to egg the red dragon on, by calling him a sorry excuse for a dragon, he cursed himself for not listening to his conscience again. Everytime he let his stubbornness get the better of him, and it always ended like this, when would he learn. The thing was though, Savor wasn’t to blame for lashing out, he was, and he knew he had to tell the dragon lord the truth soon, he had to, even if his penalty was something worse than death, he was scared, scared of what the dragon lord would do and of Savor

For some reason, he thought he heard someone coming, how could that be, was his mind playing tricks on him as he began to drift into unconsciousness? Maybe so, he was losing a lot of blood, and it hurt even worse now that his body was very slowly healing the wounds, but he forced himself to stay awake, to tell the dragon lord the truth. He was going to except the punishment, and apologize to Savor. That was the right thing to do, wasn’t it? Even if Savor’s first intentions were to kill him anyway, he was going to leave him alone, but he had to go and insult Savor. He was so stupid.

He just layed there quietly and calmly waiting for whoever was making those sounds, he still felt they were all in his head though, his sight was starting to turn all hazy and the colors of the room just mashed together and for some reason, began to glow. He felt lightheaded, weak, and for some reason, cold, he didn’t shiver though. His tail moved softly from side to side on the floor, as he breathed gently. His breathing caused the blood to pump out more, and it hurt. Tears began to fill his eyes, Savor was right, the council was right, he had no right to even call himself a dragon, let alone a human, so he cried, silently, they were all right, he was nothing, he felt pathetic, stupid, and he curled as much as he could into a ball, and just cried. His pitiful quiet tears mixed with fresh blood as he shook from his sobbing.

After a few minutes, he stopped crying and just layed there, staring at the wall, his back and wing shoulder still taking it’s sweet time to heal. He thought about trying to lift his head, but no, that would cause more blood to come out, and he’d slip into unconsciousness quicker than he wanted to. His neck was still sore, true but he couldn’t feel that over painful throbbing from the gash. He just layed there waiting.

[.:♛:.] The dragon lord wouldn’t be long before he burst into the crumbing guest room, fuming with rage. Billows of smoke angrily twisted from his ignited nostrils as his eyes blazed with a hot lurid light that trailed and streaked about as he moved.

He saw Drensi, broken and battered along his beautiful floor now stained with his blood, and the walls, torn by vengeful claws. Claws he knew all too well of. It wasn’t hard to figured out who had done this, the dried, shattered red scales that littered the floor already gave him the obvious clue.“I’ll see to it that general is punished severally I will,” he growled, nearly shaking with wrath, but knowing it would do the boy no good at all.

Doing his best to have a clear mind Alexander cast a powerful spell which halted any further destruction of the room, the trembling of the framework that threatened to collapse had ceased. With a wave of his talons he summoned crystals to sprout from the cracks to mend the damage so that the room would be stabilized enough for servants to come in and make repairs and clean up. Lord Alexander wasn’t a fan of using magic, but he would if he needed it enough.

Once all was said and done, the beast keeled besides the lad and carefully scooped him up in his massive powerful arms, ignoring the blood he felt drip onto his shimming scales.

“Must get him some medical care” he mumbled, sweeping Drensi away to someplace unbeknownst to the other.

(Even if Darkside has an eye for shiny things like any normal dragon would (yes he is a dragon believe it or not), I’d imagine his horde being pancakes and filled art books, mostly pancakes though, he has an unhealthy love for them…and truthfully cherries too, he likes them but also dislikes them, it’s a love/hate relationship with cherries…

He’d have a really weird horde for dragon’s standards…)

Drensi jumped a bit at the sudden lashing Savor was doing, apparently he had hit a nerve with his comment. The lashing did get him though, and he let out a yelp of pain when Savor’s sharp claws raked across his wing shoulder and back. He backed up and hissed then pulled out his Bladed Staff and pressed the button to turn it to it’s rightful size but took another step back when he noticed the room opening that led to the balcony was breaking as Savor lashed wildly. Savor was going to be able to enter his room if it did break and kill him. He narrowed his eyes and with swift movement of his Bladed Staff he managed to make a small painful cut in the red dragon’s arm through those tough scales.

This was going to be harder than he thought, Savor’s scales were going to be hard to get through so he began darting his eyes to pressure points that might get him the result he desired. He took another step back just in time as a small piece of the framework smashed beside him, with time, the seemingly strong frame was going to buckle under the sheer force and muscle of Savor’s massive body.

His eyes caught a glimpse of shoulder, it wasn’t as protected by scales in the joint area as he saw, yes it was protected but not as much in the joint area, to help with movement. His eyes narrowed and he let out a scream of anger as he bolted toward Savor’s shoulder and jumped into the air to land a blow, but before he even touched the “skin” with his blade, another strong swipe from Savor smacked him and the force of the blow shot him across the room.

The force of the hit caused his neck to snap when he hit the headboard of the bed frame, that sound, it seemed like, echoed through the castle because it was so loud, and he landed onto the floor beside the bed as his Bladed Staff loudly clanged beside him on the floor. Blood trickled from his mouth but his eyes were still wide open, he was still breathing. He grunted as he began to push himself up and a pop came from his neck. His neck had healed the broken bone but he was still sore as he lifted his head. Yet again, another small piece of framework smashed, thankfully, beside him, and is eyes went to the cracking wall as he forced himself to stand, using his Bladed Staff to push himself off the floor. He noticed that with one more lunge from Savor, the framework would give way and the massive red dragon would be able do what he wished with his punny halfling body. One more lunge, and his life was going to end.

[.:♛:.] Everything for Savor was a silent, blind fit of rage. The damage, the retaliation, the sharp pain arching through out his fore leg. The beast eventually pulled back and huffed indignantly, blood leaking from his small nick of a wound, though it did not bother him much. It was more of an annoyance.

The angry guttural roars of his master from deep within the castle was a sign that it was time to fall back. As much as he wanted to kill Drensi, he was now not in the mood to deal with the expectantly enraged king that would surly be breathing down his neck. Sooner or later.

Savor snarled and lashed his pierced tongue,“Learn to respect your elders you little cur, because next time? Next time, I won’t hesitate to tear this entire room out whilst you sleep, and dump it into the magma pond!” The general took one look at his wounded paw and spat into the boiling pool below him, before darting off for good.

[.:♛:.] “Is that the best insult you have, monsieur?” Savor teased as he bounded off from the castle’s surface, flecks for crystal flicked off from his claws as he detached himself and began to hover steadily in the air. “You are a waste of my time, I see. If “whelp” is the best you can come up with than this would of been a one-sided fight.”The crimson dragon sniffed sharply, now looking bored and slightly disappointed.“Such a shame. But then again, I’m the second in command to his majesty and I actually have standards on who I fight. It would be different if I had a humanoid form, however. Oh well! Au Revoir,” he chirped, turning to leave.

Drensi rolled his eyes and turned away from Savor, saying something under his breath, "Yeah, that's right you better run , you stupid overgrown red cockroach, you afraid that you'll lose to a halfling, you are a sorry excuse for a dragon," his tail whipped softly as he began to walk inside, well, at least Savor was leaving him alone, that was a good thing. He actually wanted to fight though, to show this red dragon his power but oh well, at least he'd get to sleep peacefully tonight and didn't have to worry about Savor trying to kill him.

Drensi popped his neck and pressed the button on his Bladed Staff turning it into it's rod form as he adjusted his wings that layed on his back. He made a soft grumble of disappointment as he stopped to slip his Bladed Staff rod in it's sheath. He turned his head to Savor and just watched him for a moment, he wished he had that much confidence, it was never going to happen though. He reached up and held his black locket for comfort as he looked away again. Maybe every dragon was right, maybe he was the sorry excuse for a dragon.
