Yes I'm serious. Landing it is hard. I kept screwing up my ankles and I broke my wrist a couple of times from putting my hands down to catch myself. No, I don't, actually. But I can imagine.

How long did it take you to learn it?

A year or so. Longer to get it perfect every time though. And there were a lot of broken bones.
