Hera looked to the horizon, and watched the sun set behind the mountains. The sky glowed with soft oranges, yellows and pinks. She stood in silence, feeling the soft breeze on her bare arms. The waves of the tall prairie grass blew in the wind, and tickled her legs with each sway. She found herself standing in the middle of a field back on Lothal. The old Lothal, before it was ruined by the Empire. How did I get back here? She wondered to herself. Hera closed her eyes, and took in a deep breath of the clean evening air.  It didn’t matter. She was back on Lothal, when it was still beautiful and everyone was ok. Unsure of how long she had been standing there, Hera was unsurprised when she felt someone come and stand beside her.

I finally get over my mental issues and best friend is diagnosed with more. I literally don’t know how everything went to shit so fast....

The efforts to get caught up continue. Rent is coming soon, and while I’ve been working hard, I’m still working in a deficit. Until I overcome this deficit, I’m going to keep struggling, and I really can’t afford to keep living this way. Everything I have is at stake here - home, relationships, vehicle, food, my kitty.

Please. Do what you can. I know it’s the holidays, but anything at all, even a reblog or a share, will help.

Handing her empty glass to a nearby server droid, she headed inside towards the bar. Normally Iden didn’t drink this much, but if there was an open bar paid for by the Empire, she was going to take advantage of it. Already at the bar was her father, waiting for his drink. As she approached, he greeted her, “Iden. How is everything this evening?”

“Hello father,” Iden was suddenly aware of how easily you could see the balcony from the bar. She looked over at Del and Hask, who were probably discussing other Coruscant related things. As she returned to her fathers gaze she wondered how much had he seen? If he had seen anything at all? Deciding it was probably best to keep the small talk short she replied, “Its been enjoyable.”

Handing her a glass of Alderaanian wine, he began, “I am so glad you and your team could make it this evening. It looks good to have Inferno Squad here. You have accomplished a lot the past two years, and the Empire thanks you for that.”

“Thank you father,”

Passing her another two glasses of wine, her father added, “Please take these to Hask and Meeko,”

“Thank you.” That was the closest to a congratulations she was going to get from her father. With her friends drinks in one hand, and her own in the other, she headed back towards the balcony.
