Serious question- what’s worse to clean up, sawdust or glitter?

Glitter.

Sawdust is a necessary evil. It is the natural byproduct of creation. And it smells nice. We accept sawdust’s need to exist.

Glitter is an unnecessary evil. We never chose glitter. It was imposed on us by the whims of some director or designer. It is the obstinate reminder of a malefaction. It is incurable and should be appropriately feared. I think in part we fear that its longevity exceeds our own. At the end of days, once humanity has scrubbed itself from the world, when no creature remains to speak of our legacy, it will be there, glinting in the light of the dying sun on the back of some oblivious periplaneta, taunting us for our hubris and impermenance. Plus it can get in your eye and really really hurt.
