"The visitor is drawn into a cage where he is provided with a mouth mask and has to walk through a disinfectant footbath. He must be germfree to walk between the tropical plants and the primal chickens. He is exploring the narrow path between domestication and the wild; he is immersed in a proto-Human world. Call it the outdoors of perception. A world in which man and chicken had not yet evolved together.” - Koen Vanmechelen
