Back Up Off Me!

Just for kicks I went back through my blog archive to see when I started having back problems... In doing so I learned two things:

I've been dealing with this crap for over 7 years now... When I look at the impact it's had on my life I start to get mad - really mad. No one should have to live like this. It invades your mind, keeps you from experiencing joy and definitely holds you back from being the productive self you should be. [Read More]

The other thing I learned is that I was SO different back then. I was blogging a couple times a week, had opinions about everything and let the world know it. Now I am caught up in family, sports and the routine of the week. My only "expression engine" at this point is Instagram. At times it feels like the world is flying by at 100mph and I'm doing everything possible just to keep up with it all.

Crazy how things change...
