All the members of Dashclan have found homes! This was an incredibly fun project and I'm so happy to see so much love and enthusiasm for this series and characters. Keep sharing your Dashclan cats! I'll be keeping an eye out for them.

I have chosen to headcanon that the dashclan medicine den has a trail of bloodred flowers growing in/near it

Skypaw chalks it up to the fact that if you keep poppy seeds around, some of them will accidentally get planted. She likes it, they're useful for supplies and besides, having pretty red flowers around will make the medicine den less intimidating for kits, right?

That's an adorable headcanon! I approve.

Do you have a list of the whole clan you could share? I'm curious about all the names!

I really hope we can have a clan meetup or something next year! Mapleleaf and I will do everything we can to be there.

I do have a full list! I'll post it in the next couple of days. I'm still in Toronto enjoying my trip and then I have to drive back so very busy. I'll post the list and references as soon as I can!

A clan meetup next year would be awesome! I'd love to do this annually. We shall see what that looks next 2027 rolls around.

Hello everyone! Now that Dashcon is officially over, I wanted to take some time to write a proper thank you and give some info on this little project.

This project, if it wasn't obvious, come from a love of the Warrior cats series but especially a love for the creativity of the community. I'm not much of an artist. My main thing over the last few years has been doing Warrior Cats Trivia panels. Unfortunately, I missed all my deadlines this year so naturally I decided to do something completely out of my wheelhouse that I've never done before. It was so much fun but I couldn't do it alone.

Thanks to @southie-dakotie for helping come up with names. After the initial names that inspired me had run out, they were extremely helpful in keeping me motivated and bouncing off ideas. Without them, I definitely wouldn't have had a full clan.

And I have to give the biggest thank to my best friend @vitaquaarts. She's an actually experienced artist who helped me bring all these cats to life on my dining room table with very little time to spare. Her effort on the more detailed pieces like Vanillawish's flower or Croakpaw's face makeup was crucial in making every character unique and recognizable.

This was incredibly fun and I'd love to do it next year if I can. I'm already brainstorming ideas for 'arc 2' as it's called in my notes. For now, I'll continue reblogging cats in the Dashcon 2 and Dashclan tags. At some point as well, I'll post a full allegiances and who each went to (who has post about it or who I remember specifically).
