I love how we as a fandom collectively agree that Hearthstone blushes green when he canonically does not

It is canon, actually! (I think Rick forgot occasionally, but it’s definitely established in SOS.) Here’s one of my favorite moments where Magnus notes Hearth’s green blood:

“His swollen eye had turned the color of Kermit the Frog.”

The swollen eye and blushes are two different things and as much as I want it to actually be canon it's only noted that his veins look green rather than blue like normal humans. The swollen eye was green because it was bruised. In the 3rd book when Magnus was complimenting Hearth in the flyting match it was said that "his cheeks were pink"
