I think we need to remember that not everyone has/has had an eating disorder…and so all this talk about behaviors being “disordered” doesn’t always apply. Some people can actively try to lose weight in a healthy way. Some people can count calories or macros and maintain a healthy mindset (I’m not one of those people, and I don’t really recommend it, but they’re out there!). Some people can weigh themselves and it doesn’t affect their body image or perception. We should stop judging people’s behaviors online and getting worked up over everything we see.
