This man is proving to be more of a legend with every passing moment, easily the best thing to happen to the Star Wars franchise; his storytelling and character development has just been masterful with the two major projects he’s worked on so far. I feel like it’s only a matter of time before he gets to showcase his skills directing a movie or live action tv series - he’s got a treasure of stories under that favorite cowboy hat of his.

Also, shout-out to him for re-introducing major EU characters (Thrawn!) into canon.

Okay but I can almost see Filoni staring at his computer at people trying to riddle out who Fulcrum 2.0 is and if it is Kallus like we think I can see him just throwing his arms up like, “I showed you guys the trailer like less then twelve hours ago come on!”
