Playing with a Gamepad

I have been asked whether I prefer to play with a gamepad or a mouse, and I would always prefer to use the gamepad. Sure, FPS games are usually made for the mouse, but I still prefer using a gamepad. I have been using controllers since I was a kid and I have played video games since then. I played medal of honor and other war games using a controller and I am quite used to it. I have to admit though, using a mouse is certainly much more comfortable when it comes to playing multiplayer, especially if I use a mouse that is specifically designed for gaming since I do not have to worry much about throttling and other issues.

The Giant Heart in GTA IV

GTA games have always been full of easter eggs, especially when you use cheats as what the game is usually intended for if you simply just want to have fun. However, GTA IV takes the crown when it comes to GTA easter eggs because its own version of the statue of liberty has a live beating heart! Yes, a live beating heart! Sure, the statue is not moving and does not show any signs of life. However, the fact that it has a beating heart creeps me out even years after I discovered that creepy easter egg. I do hope that rockstar does not come up with something as creepy as this because this surely is one of the creepiest things that rockstar has done in all of it's GTA games, including GTA V!

Why So Many People Make the Wrong Career Decisions

I used to be bitter about this topic. I still am, sometimes. The reason why so many people make the wrong career decision is because they are not in the right profession in the first place. Why? Because we are put so early in the position to choose the path we want to take. Do you have your plans in life and everything set after you graduate from high school? There are very few organized people who could say yes to that, truthfully. A lot of things change when you enter college, and that does not exempt your interests in life. Choosing a career should come later in our 20s.

Have you ever owned a pet? It may be a dog, a cat, a hamster, a lizard, a bird, or a digital animal. A pet serves as a responsibility and a companion. They say that a dog is man’s best friend but maybe not for all. A pet can be one you’ve had since you were small, or one you just recently adopted. Never the less, they help you overcome certain things, like loneliness and they also give you a sense of security. Owning a pet also helps you train your responsibility because you have to care for them. You need to feed them and bathe them and keep them fit and healthy. A pet is not just a pet. They are your friend, companion, and most of all, they are your partner.

I think this spin-off is going to gain a lot of traction from the female demographic, but for the males? The answer is a mighty yes! Dudes will be sure to check this out because there will be hotties, action and all that testosterone feely stuff! Meryl Sreep, Cameron Diaz and Milla Jovovich are three actresses from different genres of acting and it would be fun to see the three in one movie together. Although, I think they should consider adding Sigourney Weaver, Uma Thurman, Neve Campbell and Carrie-Anne Moss to the mix. Now that is a perfectly assembled ExpendaBelles cast!

Driving Cross Country

Whenever I feel stressed, I take my car out to drive cross country. I like to go on long drives and be momentarily away from all the buzz of city life. I rarely use the car while in town because I usually travel to my office by cycle. So I lap up every opportunity I get to visit remote towns and villages with friends and colleagues. Being a complete foodie, we make a lot of stops at local diners and order some of their specialties. Quite often I also drive along the coast so that I can go for swim whenever the conditions are conducive. It’s a perfect stress buster and works every time.

Why I Quit My Job

I quit my job and I would not accept any judgment of it. I did not give up. I just had enough of unfair management treatment and a lot of things, but mainly that. I have no regrets whatsoever of what I’ve done so far. It feels empowering to finally break-free. That I was able to leave what has become my comfort zone. Now, I travel a path less stable, but the inconsistencies will make me flexible in dealing with different circumstances. This would make me better in making decisions and dealing with changes. This should improve my independence somehow.

A Day as Selena Gomez

I am not really sure why I like her. I just do. Maybe because somehow I see a part of myself in her? She is pretty in a young and fresh kind of way. So, if I’d be her for a day, I think that wouldn’t be much fun. Give me a week, oh please! Since I am already given this imaginary chance (haha!), I would also like to choose which day it would be. And that day would be that time when she got together with Justin Bieber. :p I never really liked their tandem. Selena is surely better off alone.
