What is Davespotting?

Over the years, my friends and I have noticed an abnormal amount of people in online games with the name “Dave” or “David” in their handles. Once you’ve noticed this, it’s impossible to forget.

This blog is meant as a way to record any Daves we find in the wild. Feel free to submit any Daves you find yourself but please don’t purposefully go out looking for them, they are a protected species after all. If you submit a Dave, please tag what game or service you spotted them on! Any name with Dave, David or Davis are accepted. NPCs are accepted but will be tagged with “NPC Dave”
