My own personal Mac experience began as a teenager in 1985 when I came across one in the Ontario Science Centre. From that day on I was hooked. Way out of my price league though it would be another five years (and a number of poor carbon copies in the form of an Atari 520 ST and even a Mac-like UI on my Amstrad CPC464) before going to University which was Mac-based and another two years and an entire Summer holiday savings before I got to purchase my very own Mac - a PowerBook 145. From thereon I have only ever bought Apple Computers. So I've been a loyal user for 29 years and an owner for 21 years! Not many brands have that sort of loyalty.
