Created to be Creative

What does it mean to be Creative, to be original and authentic? I often think about how people become creative or if its just inside of all of us but very few really allow themselves to dream and be creative beyond what they've ever seen. If we were created by the creator himself then we should be the most creative people alive. Its much easier to limit yourself based on what you've seen others do then to dream of doing things that you've never seen and risk failure. We are all artists, we all just express it differently. Some express themselves through art or music, poetry or singing, clothing and fashion but creativity is inside all of us. This world is searching for real authentic creativity and as Christians we should have something to offer them that comes from the one who created this life were living. Don't ever let anyone limit you to the dreams that you have, But most importantly dont ever limit yourself. Whether its designing clothes or making art, Writing music or doing photography give it all that you got. The only way to truly fail is to never try.

Lets take it from the top

From the very beginning of this whole thing

When nothing else mattered but what this love could bring

When words couldn't affect me and life couldn't reject me

Yea lets bring it back...

To when the only thing on my mind was from the one who designed, defined and signed me

Lets admit it..

Sometimes life gets the best of us

Throws you down so hard you just become one of the rest of us

But what if we just took one moment to remember

Remember why were living this life that were living

And for one moment remembered that this life is something worth giving

Think about it, if we only understood that we have the cure to all there pain then I dont know how we would refrain from giving them this medicine

You wouldn't hold on to the cure for cancer, so dont forget that you hold the only answer

So dont stop trying, because whether you see it or not on the inside there dying

"Dont get tired of doing good. For at the right time we will reap a harvest, but only if we dont give up"  // Galatians 6:9

Foundations

It starts with a moment, a single moment of what ifs and look backs

A heart turn and a mental relapse

You see once you forget whose you are then anyone can tell you who you are

It wasn't until I was founded that I found out who I was

So my question is this... If life is given so freely then why do we continue to risk eternity

Because I believe this life were living is for more than just surviving, I believe that there's actual human beings that need help reviving

I believe that you were created with a purpose so dont believe the lies that you're worthless

I believe that someday this will all make sense and I believe that its actually our mistakes that make us beautiful

This war is just beginning and well fight it until the very ending, because were in this together even in the roughest of weather

But when life gets tough just think about this, your a son of the creator of it all even your slip ups and your falls

You were never called to be perfect you were only called to try

I was fighting my own mind just to see what I would find, but your mind is a prison bound by past sin convincing you tomorrow is already somebody elses win

But why would my God send his only son to die on a cross just for you to consider yourself a loss

Sometimes it takes having nothing left to remember what everything looks like

Let go of all your cares and Ill let you hear my prayers

What good would it be for a man to gain the whole world but lose his soul

So remember this, our greatest strength is in realizing our weakness

Who you are today, Determines where you will be tomorrow.

We all have dreams, Things that were placed inside of us the moment that we were created. We all want to be someone or do something when we get to a certain point in life, But all we see is the end result. We dont focus on how were going to get there, or the person that we have to become. I'm starting to realize that sometimes the only thing holding us back is ourselves. What if the only reason we haven't seen those dreams come to pass is because we are still living in the moment, living as the person that we are today. What if we started living like the person that we someday dream to be, with the same integrity and passion that it will take to sustain that life. We are always saying that we are waiting on God, but what if God is actually waiting on us to become the men and women that he has created us to be.

So I challenge you to this..

Live as if you are already a Pastor, a traveling musician, a successful businessman, or an amazing father. All those dreams in your heart were placed there on purpose and I honestly believe that sometimes all that's holding us back is ourselves

Who you are today determines where you will be tomorrow.
