Just learned that most of my friends keep the WoW error speech on when playing and I feel like I have been playing with complete strangers for 10+ years. That is easily the first dumb little inconvenience I turn off when I reinstall the game. Don't you think it's obnoxious when your character goes :( I CAN'T CAST THAT? as you're hammering the ever loving piss out of your Shadowbolt button????

Shadowlands au where instead of dissolving, Arthas's soul just sorta merged with Anduin and now the poor guy has this grim specter of death that only he can see following him around everywhere he goes, encouraging him to pick up every cursed item he finds and talking in cryptic riddles about horses and unforgivable crimes

i love that if you die in a follower dungeon, everyone leaves the dungeon group, making them all look incredibly toxic

modern au where it’s common for druids to go into drive thrus shapeshifted. usually stag form if they’re polite. the bears are a little less appreciated. the many flight forms receive mixed reactions, mostly based on size, and how annoying it is to get the food bag into their mouths/beaks or claws.
