Hello hello!!

My name is David, I’m a 26 year old artist from Lithuania currently going to college in Canada and living with my two lovely partners. 

I have been into homestuck since I was like 15, so I am definitely not new in that department but I never tried being in the ftc community before so I’m giving that a try!

I follow from @daviationsss , which is my main and art account!

I am totally down with rping with whoever and encourage people to interact with my oc’s!! 

The only condition is to please be at least 18 years old as I do not feel comfortable rping with anyone younger than that.

That being said, all of my characters are above 18 years old unless specified otherwise.

Please note that I will potentially be rping sensitive and mature topics which I will try to tag appropriately (like, tw spiders).

Some of my characters may have opinions and say things that I myself do not agree with. I tend to try to steer away from anything super offensive, but do keep in mind that they aren't all good people and might purposefully try to get under other peoples (or trolls') skin. Every character of mine is flawed in their own way.

I am new to using tumblr so please let me know if I’m tagging wrong or using a feature incorrectly!

Driolu's eyes drifted to the side, feeling guilt and shame.

"I...dón't knów...I've...I've traveled só much already I'm a bit sick óf the róad..."

There's another quiet pause.

"I guess..."

"My hive and garden have been very neglected, it might be time tó clean uπ and..."

Her voice went more quiet for a moment before bringing it back with a sigh.

"things with memóries tó finally thrów óut..."

"To cleanse one's abode of the filth of lesser and harmful energies that so easily cling to us, as created and spewed by those unsaved and unjust and unholy and hateful, is just as important as cleansing oneself free of those very same weights."

Her frustration, surprisingly, silenced him. He tried finding words to say that weren't his, but the imaginary Messiahs in his head, too, were stunned.

There were countless times he had thought it had been the other way around; that once again, he was betrayed, and those who had claimed affection or loyalty walked away. Left him behind to rot with himself.

Confusion, and some hurt, danced in his one good eye. He didn't know what to make of this-- no, he couldn't, make of this. He was some pathetic vessel, made great only by the voices in his head. He wasn't allowed to make of this.

"The Angels love you," he said softly. "It pains them whenever you leave... but they've seen these songs and dances from those less gracious than them. They've seen so many leave and never come back, that they are used to it. You keep returning...but you keep leaving. What are the Angels supposed to tell their Chosen One to look for? How long must they command me to wait? How many more will become like that of..."

He fell silent, the pain of a past he wanted to leave behind catching up to him. Qortez glanced to the side, his expression not quite able to be read.

Driolu's eyes stayed on Qortez, surprised by what he said.

She didn't realize she was hurting him. She thought that if he cared, he'd come after her. Follow her.

But he never came. He never followed. Does that mean he doesn't love her...care for her...? Clearly not...

She entertained the thought that she was letting her fear control her, and because of this, hurt Qortez.

He's not good at communicating, but he's clearly scared of her never coming back.

He doesn't deserve this...

After letting out a shaky sigh, Driolu gathered herself.

"As the Chosen Óne, yóu shóuld have nó dóubt that your angel will always return tó yóu."

She made eyecontact with him, continuing in a genuine tone.

"Nó matter what, my heart cóntinues tó return tó yóu.

Even óceans away my heart yearns fór yóu, πains fór yóu..."

She hesitated.

"This angel is lóst, hóπeless. Almóst fallen...

She fears yóu will leave, get tired óf her...

She is afraid óf being lóved...só she runs. She runs, always lóóking back behind her, checking if yóu're fóllówing her..."

She looks down, guilty expression on her face.

"That dóes nót mean she dóes nót care fór yóu..."

He was trying to wrap his head around her words. There is another Angel? Another Messiah? Was she trying to compare herself to one?

Either way, the message somehow came across clearer to Qortez than times before, and it felt as if the ground went out beneath him.

"I'm. I'm the Chosen One, of course there'd be affection for me," he huffed, though his tone was uncertain. Some part of him preferred to get insulted instead, than to deal with the reality that someone actually cared for him ... as himself.

"It's.. it's because I'm the Chosen One, right? It's because I'm useful and important? There's... no other way for Angels to want me.... Even then, I've failed your tests.... Why do you want me around if I fail your tests?"

"...Nó. I dón't care that yóu're the chósen óne, that dóes nót make me like yóu any móre ór less..."

"Either way, it's nót like yóu've failed...yóu have never abandóned me, nó matter hów...hard I am tó deal with..."

She's quiet for a moment, before quietly saying.

And, in almost a whisper.

He had picked up on the whisper, and a shiver ran through him. His skin prickled, and he had to fight with almost everything he had to keep from giving in to the urge to fall upon his knees and beg to be put in his place. Regular ole Qortez... since when was he deserving of love?

"The... the Aηgels... Messiahs... love you, too, Driolu... They wish you would remember it. And that you'd stop hurting over it."

He cleared his throat and ran a hand through his hair, trying to regain his composure.

"A shepherd is ηothiηg without his flock... So where will you go ηow?"

Driolu nodded, seeming to finally hear his words.

I need to rewrite their lore lore however, for now I will give you some facts about them!

1 - They're a mutant! I don't fully know what this thing is called but I've seen others like, hide a trolls bloodcolour by making them anonymous? Or something? Like hiding the colour. I'm gonna probably do that with them!

2 - They/Them

3 - They have some sort of mutant lightning powers! Again, need to do more research but I'll come up with something cool. I have a gif of them doing this little lightning eye animation for their talksprite!

(this is like 5 years old)

4 - They are supposed to be more deer/moose themed. (Hence the horns).

5 - They are a professional artist who dabbles in programming.

6 - They stay home in their hive as much as they possibly can.

7 - I believe their blood is a sort of neon green or lime? I can't fully recall
