Sausage Queens *are* Cincinnati Brewing History!!! Its Brewing Heritage Day at Rhinegeist and Northern Row all day today. I just got here. Selfies incoming.

The guy who paints Precious Moments figurines into Juggalos found a black and white Juggalo kitten on the street and took it in and adopted it. Its my favorite thing thats happened on the internet in recent times. Free street kitties are not cheap so I bought a Buddhalo from him for my own collection and to remember this always. This is what the internet is for. @precious_juggalos

The parade was fun! I did much better not dying this year. All my Sausages stayed taped down and people hosed me down and gave me drinks along the way. Then I headed to @hosterbeer to cool off and Princess their charity hot dogs for Veterans and thier Red Wit and Blue beer !! 🇺🇲🌭

Went to Cincinnati real quick to celebrate Madonnas new album release with my former Jacobs' co-worker Tim at @alienrecordsotr . Back in the day, I used to do an "All Madonna Only Madonna Dance Party" at Jacobs for my birthday every year, so it felt kinda like my birthday party to me. Saw a couple of my old customers. Somehow didn't get pics of any of the Madonnas even though there were quite a lot of good ones and no two of the same Madonnas. My 23 yr old wedding dress doesn't fit the same but I still managed to get in it. It was a super fun time. They say they're gonna do more of these parties and the proceeds for this one are going to a domestic violence shelter so it was a good reason to party. It was good to remember good times.

June was busier than expected and now its July which brings Madonna, Beer and the 16th birthday of my best worst boyfriend ever (aka my Orange cat Flashy). The bulletin board is finally starting to look like its filling up. Its hot as balls and swampy out there. In Ohio, that can last through September so we just wear less clothes and do stuff anyway. Im like a lizard and I like it warm but its already too warm for even me. 🦎

My old friend Marky Mark from the Vertigo days came to town last night to buy me a hamburger 🍔 idk whatever controversy is or isn't happening at O'Reillys but they've got the best hamburgers in Columbus. I blew the Jazzercise challenge getting stuck in the mud at Skatopia and then getting my car coopted by the guy who pretended to clean it for days so instead of working out last night, I ate a hamburger. I do not regret my choice.

Last Fall a deer cut itself jumping over my fence and it must have landed on the inflatable hot tub. At least that's what I think happened because I woke up one morning to a broken fence, huge amounts of blood everywhere and a popped hot tub. Bought a Waterpark membership on a Black Friday sale figuring ill spend the summer in the wave pool. Slept all of Saturday and most of Sunday. Then the weather seemed nice enough finally I went and sat in the lazy river awhile. Hoping this turns out to be a good plan, but i already miss the hot tub.

Woke up, got some breakfast, Needed some more sleep before heading to Comfest. Had a very long awesome nap, Decided id rather do this all day. Im really exhausted and my legs hurt and this is the first chance I've had to do nothing in a long time. There's plenty of things coming up and ive spent a ton of money recently, so im flaking out on Comfest for the first time since I moved to Columbus. I had a good time yesterday. Its fine. I will ❤️ all your pics and take a long bath later. Maybe go to the grocery store. Dave Casto was saying last night how he's happy im posting all this stuff about grief and how it's relatable. I really do hope it lands that way. I have a lot more complex feelings Im not posting. Im trying to not stay home and stay connected to people but also that's so easy to overdo. I overdid. Ill see you next week for 4th of July.

Comfest 2026! The Whiteouts!

Me and @brucetaylor2091 were gonna do.the silent disco last year but we never did. This was my first one ever. It was a good time. The green DJ won. For sure. Imma make Bruce do it tomorrow if we are both there.

Comfest was wet bur not so muddy. I got @whiteouts drunk and im sobering up at karaoke so ill post more pics when im less tipsy
