Hiii I'm Cyrus (he/it) & this is my silly clangen comic, I will add more to this pinned post as the comic goes on! Askbox is always open for answers by me or the characters. I am open for clangen comic collabs, feel free to message this blog for hashing out details!

Day2clan is about a group of cats lead by Bleakstar, who splintered off from the clan they were born in, Dayclan, due to reasons such as "Being bored" and "Thinking Burnetstar stinks".

Bleakstar is really bad at naming clans in non-confusing ways, in his defense it was a placeholder he forgot to replace before it became too late.

⚠️ WARNINGS:

This comic intends to touch on topics already introduced in Warriors/ClanGen but not much deeper, you can expect: Blood, violence, animal death/animal harm (dogs/cats/prey), kidnapping, and child endangerment/abuse, these warnings will most likely be updated in the future.

It is so hard keeping myself busy NOT drawing day2clan. I must confess what I was doing all day every week, to some extent, was draw day2clan. I keep pondering taking requests specific to this blog but they're weird to ask for all the time & my time & energy has a bad tendency to waver all over the place >_>

I might still do them but the thing is I've been indecisive I can't decide whether I think some of my request concepts are bad or good ideas LOL

Okay. I am so almost finally done with the Dayclan allegiances, at least their refs. I got in a design funk, out of a design funk, but it's almost complete! Save for one idiot.

Please suggest renames, before you ask "Oh, has he done something cool in the save, for inspiration?" NO... Hes just sort of vaguely nice to his clanmates and that's it!!! IT'S AGONY! (Looking for full renames, but I'm fine with keeping the suffix. He is Not staying Patchouli though)

Hmm my guess for Oddtooth's kits other parent is either Coldheart or Dustyspots, given the kits colors. Also I love you Torngrowl pls live

It's Dusty! ^_^ Maybe someday my dreams of the best ship, Coldtooth will someday be realized...

I will say though, they're not 1:1 but Crabkit does borrow colors from Coldheart for no plot reason, no meta reason either I was just struggling and Cold had really crab-y colors that fit Crabkit well! I think I also considered a design pass where her eyes were the exact shade as Coldheart's.

Soo, this is to say, I don't blame anyone for thinking Coldheart was the other parent! Actually especially with the way I had there be a sad Coldheart page before the kits birth •3• just a well timed ColdheartxEggstar(except theyre exes & cold is one sided yearning). Crabkit is literally a red herring, & she's only red & a crab because I thought Oddtooth's head looked like a crab 🤔
