Also I wanted to say that ever since I saw your wolf ocs last year, I loved them ! I'm also wondering what "BOTC" stands for
For this ask game: I'm so sorry this took so long, I was so excited to answer it and I saved this to my drafts and it just?? Vanished from there and I just now re-found this. I also wanted to work on the story more to flesh things out and then Life happened. Thank you so much for your patience with me haha
22. Do they sleep well at night?
When she was younger her sleep was ALL over the place, sometimes she would sleep fine and other times she couldn't sleep at all. Nowadays it's worse.
18. Their opinion on lying, stealing or killing?
If it's 'for karma' then it is fair. The biggest problem to her is the wolf pack that lives close enough to prey on her flock. To her, the act of preying upon them in return is a reparation. And as her dad taught her, it's just as much of an act of survival.
3. Do they smell like anything notable?
I don't think any worse or better than any other wild animal tbh. She's around sheep a lot more so she'll probably smell more like them, though.
23. How would you describe their voice? Can they sing?
I usually have a hard time envisioning voices for my characters unless I already have an idea from the get-go. I had listened to a lot of TPC while making this story so... the closest I have is this uncredited (afaik online, I dont have any discs or records of the song so maybe they're credited there) female vocalist from A Little Place Called Trust.
I would imagine her voice to a bit more lower and raspier than this. She would also have a lisp since she's missing a tooth but I like this voice so
I think singing is something she would be too embarrassed to admit that she likes.
And finally BOTC stands for Blood of the Covenant! Based off of the "The blood of the covenant is thicker than the water of the womb" interpretation of the phrase.
I wasn't very sure if I wanted to keep it as the title of the story. I did like it and it felt like an apt representation (wolf raised by sheep) of the story but at the same time I just didn't want to call it BOTC. Recently I started to title the story Curtainfall, but in my head the full title is Blood of the Covenant: Curtainfall. I know it's more of a mouthful than before and reads as like a kinda cheesy old game title... but I like it, it allows me to have both names that I want and if I don't stick with it right now then I'm gonna keep on changing it forever.
