Long distance little? No problem!

When you want to see your little/caregiver, being long distance can be hard.

Here are some helpful tips/tricks to continue a happy relationship when you’re so far apart!

FaceTime/Skype will be a lifesaver! Even if you have FaceTime, you can create Skype accounts only you and your caregiver know about! It’s a great feeling to fall asleep looking at your little one

How do you give them anything? The mailing system! You might have to save up for shipping and stamps depending on what you want to send each other, but the good old mailing system is a great way to share things with one another. I’ve also heard that some littles like handwritten letters, and a little’s letter contains glitter!

They want a stuffie? Amazon! You can purchase it there and send it to their address!

How do you care for someone so far away? Set reminders on your phone (in their time zone if needed) for their meal reminders or medications!

If you want your caregiver to pick out your outfit, send images of your clothes to them so they can put together an outfit for you.

And the most basic but important thing is communication! Being so far apart, your relationship will practically depend on talking often and also trying your best to make sure you get things across the right way. You don’t know how many times I said something the wrong way and had an upset little on my hands. Patience is important and so is being understanding.

Care Space: An Upcoming Alternative To Tumblr

We all need a site that will listen.  We all need a space that cares about the users.  That’s why we’re creating an alternative to Tumblr.  It’s called…

Care Space is an upcoming social media platform made for people in communities that are being cracked down on by Tumblr.  We know that the feelings of comfort and freedom on a site like Tumblr can’t be matched on any other social media platforms out there, so we want to create a safe place for people who wish to create all kinds of alternative content.  We want people to be able to express themselves without fear.  

We need to secure funding to make this happen, so we would greatly appreciate if you would spread this post around like wildfire to let everyone know about our Patreon!  

If we want a chance at growing a community and everything, we need as many people as possible.  We want to rely on users for funding so we will feel more obligated to serve you all in the best way possible.  The site will not be locked behind a paywall, we just need donations to get up and running.
