A very serious question to ask yourself, maybe one of the most important. It messed me up because I had to really sit and think (and still) about the answer to this...

Slow down, people... You can't win a race with a car that's broken down with bald tires. "Grind" or whatever, yes. But you can't grind yourself down to nothing in the process. Ever notice how when you're doing 80 on the highway, you can't really see the stuff you're passing? It goes by in a blur of colors.
