The redhead hmmed thoughtfully, pushing her hair out of her eyes. “I’ve never really thought about it like that, but you do make a good point. Hell, don’t listen to me, I don’t know what I’m talking about,” she laughed, waving absently.Â
“Oh,” she jerked her head back, nose wrinkled in disgust just at the thought, “not like that at all. No more stress tests, I promise. I just mean… like, if some of us got together and tried to figure it out. Maybe, we’re just drawn to each other. Maybe it only took two of us in this city to start bringing more in.” She shrugged, “I’m just saying, every time I’ve ran into one of us it’s been totally random. Like fate.”
“Though if I could go back in time...does that mean I could steal the same thing unlimited amounts of times and create a loop so future me has five of what only existed as one in the past?” They mused. “You know a lot.”
“Oh yeah. Yeah that would..that would probably be beneficial. Not cutting our skulls open is a good plan. You’re right. But then it should have happened sooner. Or maybe it has been happening and we don’t know. Some slower than others just showing up to the city. I don’t know. Yeah, it has been very weird.”
