DC Spotlight Countdown Registration Form

Here’s the Registration Form! There won’t be a deadline for registration this time. But fill it in as soon as you can because slots are on a first come first serve basis.

Also, I mentioned yesterday that there will be a Japanese and Chinese version of the form. Unfortunately, this might not be the case. However, this form should be simple enough.
