I figured with Cass basically dressing AS a ballerina (everything except a pointe shoe) than I don't need to find a detail about ballet shoes, and since we are committing to dance as a representation of dance as an aspect of Preforming, I don't feel the need to cater to other aspects such as opera and circus preforming. Which, I Just Found Out counts under Wikipedia as a "Preforming Art" so wow, okay. I guess Dick had other options. lol.
Let's start with the hair. Once I got to this part, I realized I hadn't done hair for the others, lol. Well, that's fixed, now. Anyway, i found this picture and I think it's perfect.
Now, for the outfit I'm have two options.
The Left is fom Givenchy Spring/Summer 1999 Couture, titled "Embracing Reality", designed by Alexander McQueen. The Right is from The Atelier Couture, designed by Jimmy Choo, from 2025. I like the princess-like skirt in the Left image, and the sharp neckline bodice, and the shoes are amazing. The second image is structural, elegant, and so detailed. Also,
I feel like I'm missing a lot of context for this image, considering half of it is cut off and looking at the "RSVP" link it sends me to the most nothing-burger of a website which shows fashion runways and photographs, but doesn't claim to be anything more than a media-group-thing. I love the shoes, though. They'd go well with the higher hemline of the Right option above.
Now, for the jewelry.

I don't think this jewelry needs to be super on-theme since they're pretty and Cass is already basically head-to-toe in ballet attire, the only thing missing being a proper pointe shoe. Also, I had this idea that she could have a charm bracelet referencing different ballets.
The issue being... I don't know much about ballet, much less specific details or characters that could be transferred to a iconic charm. Much less an actual charm, or even small trinket, for visual representation. But here is my attempt for 6 ballets I know at least something about-

So, the Roman Spindle is a reference to Sleeping Beauty, the Nutcracker... references the Nutcracker. The Swan is for Swan Lake. The bunny is the white rabbit from Alice in Wonderland. The Tambourine is for Esmerelda. The Garland is my attempt at referencing Giselle, since Giselle is crowned the Harvest Queen in act one and I saw a flower/wheat crown on the character's costume on wikipedia.
I didn't want pointe shoes or bows or tutus on the charm since that's too simple for me, personally, but maybe one for Cinderella? I briefly saw that as a famous ballet but I couldn't find a picture of her shoe in the play so I don't know if it's a pointe shoe or other kind of slipper. Instead of figuring that out, I realized I was at 6 options and that's an even amount of pictures so I'm giving it a honorable mention here.
To summarize, Cass's princess-ballet take on Performance focuses more on the silhouette of a ballerina with her necklace and bracelet from the Family Vault and her charm bracelet perhaps her own belonging. Maybe she collects them every show she sees and/or preforms in?
For some background on my methods here, I tried to have Every Single Piece of Jewelry on Every Single Person be from "the Vault", but by the time I was brainstorming Damian, that went out the window. Not to spoil his outfit in the vaguest of terms... lol. So, everyone has At Least One Piece, and it's probably a Brooch. I don't have any
Tim Drake represents the Art-Form of Photography. This topic was easy to choose for him since that's one of his few not overly-exaggerated personality traits that's unique to him. This one was also hard to find pictures for that gave me ideas as to how I was to articulate this theme. Then, when I had some ideas, it was hard to find pictures that reflected that.
Doing that all while trying to make something that felt like Tim would wear.
Let's start with hair. Tim often has these very distinct bangs, which I immediately knew could be found on Kpop idols a lot (middle part long bangs), but then I found this picture for an alternate styling. I like either one.
Onto the outfits-
Unlike with Dick, where I immediately knew he'd be wearing a toga or something similar, and then had to choose accessories based on that - with Tim I started with the accessories first. So lets start there-
The Left is being sold on Poshmark and called "fun black and silver camera bag." I tried finding the original posting, but only found Temu so idk. The Right -I think- could be from Etsy, but the images don't exactly line up. I saved Right, thinking it could be fun as a pocket-watch style attachment.
The Left picture is by Chen Shih Kang from Taiwan, called the Carl Zeiss Sunlens Creative Focus. I can't find a source in any capacity for the glasses, only reposts on pinterest without any (helpful) commentary. While I like the Left picture, I though maybe instead of blue glass on the Right image, it could be that lens from the Left.
Now, to the outfit. I was recommended this outfit on my pin feed while in the middle of wondering how I was going to implement a wider history of cameras into the outfit.
I like it because I think it looks like the cloth/fabric that old photographers had to cover themselves with while taking cameras. I put an image beside it to show what exactly I mean. This cape would be the outermost layer. The embroidery from Urban Threads, named Vintage Camera Border. This could be cool detailing around the cape, maybe also the suit. I like the colors on this already, and I don't want this outfit to be super monochrome will is a bit difficult when basing everything over a black suit and black cape.
I was trying to implement photographs, however, not just cameras. Then, I found this kind of dress-
The Left image is what most people wearing this sort of dress is referencing. It's from 2004, and the model is Gisele Bündchen, and the pictures the dress is made up of are of her. This was for Esquire Magazine. I somehow can't find the model for the Right image, but I wanted that picture because she's wearing pants. I looked for so long for just a skirt version of this, but couldn't find any. I thought this could look cool layered over Tim's suit pants.
I also found this-
When researching this piece, the name Ruth Lozner popped up a lot, but I couldn't load their webpage. The phrase "STORMY" and "GRAFFITI" also appeared. Maybe that's the collection?
I don't think this meshes well with the skirt idea, but maybe? Either way, It'll layer well with the suit & cape above. Again, they could use pictures taken by Tim and somehow transferred to the veil by whatever means necessary.
Now, I found brooches-
The Left Brooch is Vintage Jomax Pavé, Rhinestone Supernova Starburst Brooch Pin. The Right Brooch is CINER, Tinvatge Starburst Brooch Pin, Gold Metal Rhinestones, Costume Jewerly. Both are being sold on poshmark. I think these look like camera flashes.
Tim's outfit is all about layering. The suit, then the skirt and/or veil, the cape. I also didn't find a lot of jewellery, but other sorts of accessories.
Jason Todd represents the Art-Form of Theater. This subject has a long history and detailed past, and Jason is already known in-fandom to be a bit of a Eng Lit nerd, so I figured he'd have fun with this topic.
I have two different ideas for this concept. Both revolve around Shakespeare and specifically Hamlet. So I guess in this world Jason is a huge Hamlet fan.
Before I get into the options, let's talk about hair. I assume everyone publicly just thinks jason dyes his hair, lol.
Option One: Dressing in Elizabethan attire as a general nod to Shakespeare, with skull accessories. I also looked into jewelry related to Shakespeare himself. Maybe also famous portrayals of Hamlet?
I couldn't find reputable sources for any of these images. Not a costume website, not an amazon page, not anything. I couldn't even find out who the actor was in the first image!
This is the Halloween Gray Skull Chain Shoulder Bag from Lolitain. I thought a purse Jason could hold up and recreate the iconic moment of talking to Yorick. I like how realistic this is one is but I don't like the crown that much.
Shakespeareblog dot com has an article about the jewellery Shakespeare wore (aside from the gold hoop in his portraits). I tried to find a few brooches that look like them. Despite my best efforts, I could not find a luckenbrooch that looks like the one from the image. I'm very surprised nobody has made copies, at least that I could find. I found others, though.
Top Left: I found this brooch on Amazon by Alexander Castle & Etsy by CelticStudio. Top Right is from Celtic Crystal Design Jewelry. Bottom Left is also from CelticStudio. Bottom Right is from Scotclans. They are all sterling silver, and the Scotclans one has a Heathergem brand gemstone. My favorite is the Scotsclan one, because the gemstone is interesting and adds a nice splash of color.
Option 2: Become Yorick. So- I found this image.
I have spent so long trying to find the painter and a copy of the painting but all my searches come up with nothing. I can't even find a similar looking painting, and the original pin I saved gave me nothing. Anyway, we're recreating this look, essentially. I'm thinking paper mache, but fashion people night know an easier way to go about this.
Now, for the actual outfit, we have two options. We COULD just wear an Elizabethan outfit like I posted above, which would match the painting a lot with the ruffled collar, but I also had the idea to look up what people of the era buried their dead in, and the answer typically "sheets" so i found two examples of what this could look like-
I think Jason would find some humor as dressing up as a strange zombie in some way. My only issue is that it becomes a giant white blob with the white skull and white silk outfit, and what he's referencing might be a bit lost without Elizabethan costuming.
Anyway, let's chat brooches. I already listed the Luckenbrooch options, but I also thought about stepping back and refercning more general theatre theming, aka the comedy/tradegy masks.

I like the bronze/copper/gold tones, and I couldn't find a C/T mask brooch that involved diamonds or gems/jewels without feeling too busy.
Also Shakespeare did wear a golden hoop earring, so no matter what he's wearing, if you like Piercings, he is wearing a golden hoop. Something small, no detail. Example:

Ever since I had the idea, I personally LOVE the idea of Jason going as Yorick. I think he'd have a lot of humor with it. I like it best paired with Elizabethan attire, but I wanted to throw out all my ideas. I think all of the jewelry I found could easily be found in the Vault/Collection. I think a combination of any Luckenbrooch + any Theater Mask Brooch would look nice, too.
Dick Grayson represents the Art-Form of Sculpture. Much like Architecture, this is also a term that has a sort of specific meaning in fashion (as far as I can tell). When looking up "sculptural fashion" I often come across outfits that would be the expectations of the Met Gala, with outfits leaning more avant-garde than other styles and can look almost any way.
So, with Dick "Circus Kid" Grayson and his already canon (or basically canon) liking for bright, audacious, colorful clothes, what do I do?
Classical sculptures. Walk with me.
First, I studied this in college. So, I have a preference for anything even tangentially related to ancient history. But secondly and mostly- with so many crazy options, choosing this angle really simplified what I was looking for with a cohesive theme. Also, I think Dick would immediately choose this so he could be sort of shirtless.
Left: Togatus Figure, dates back to 1-200 CE, now kept in The Cleveland Museum of Art, Ohio. Right: Jupiter of Smynra, dating back to c. 250 CE, now kept in the Louvre Museum, in France. The left image is a more realistic take on the toga-style worn during this era, while the right is more fanciful (slutty lol) due to the subject matter being a deity.
Dick is going to wear a toga-style outfit referencing mostly the Right image with the open chest, but I also love how the fabric drapes in the Left image. I'm not having Dick just wear a costume of Jupiter of Smynra, so image some drapery from the left image being added to the right, and idk if that makes sense you have the same vision as I do.
Now, oftentimes classical sculptures were painted. I don't think the Jupiter of Smynra was, but we're not just putting Dick in a "Jupiter of Smynra" costume, we're referencing Classical Sculpture, with JoS as simply an example. Also this is Dick Grayson, I'd like to add some color for his sake. I'm thinking blue-
So, I also can't find a proper source for the Left image. It's either pinterest links to the full costume, or a webpage the references it as a costume from "China Cart." The Right image is Socrates from Assassin's Creed Odyssey. I like the gold detailing on the edges of both of these outfits, and both outfits are similar to how Dick's toga will be draped.
So, I keep mentioning Dick being shirtless / having no undershirt? Well, that's not entirely true...
The left image is from Pinterest - I can't find a source for it. The right image is from Gaurav Gupta Spring 2026 Haute Couture runway titled "Divine Androgyne." Put one of these the male torsos from the Left onto the body like this model is wearing in the Right. It might be heavy, but I'd like them to be made of marble.
The marble body-piece represents the modern non-painted form these statues are in, while the colorful toga-outfit references the painted-state these statues were often in. I like this combination as it combines the past and present.
Now, accessories-
The shoes are Emilio Pucci Edera Leaf Flat Sandals, but I can't find the exact runway these were clearly worn during, or any more details.
The Left leaf armbands are Zara. The Right ones with the red background are from "Elfin Gauntlet" (as far as my research tells me). I think the Right look more "ancient" and almost armor-like in vague terms, and the Left matches the sandals.
The only one of these I could reliably source is the Right one, which is Versace Atelier Spring-Summer Haute Couture 2013, photographed on an Italian Elle webpage (images 7, 20, 41, 44, 48, 57 out of 64.) These look more modern, but still maintain the shapes we want.
I also thought about brooch to act as a clasp at the shoulder (even if it's mostly cosmetic). They are all in a laurel wreath style, continuing the reference to Classical antiquity. I have a few color options-
Top Left is an Antique Diamond Wreath Pendant/Brooch. Top Right is a Pink Rhinestone Wreath Crest Brooch Pin, signed by B David. Bottom Left is a Vintage Blue Vitrail Rhinestone Wreath Brooch. Bottom Right is a 1950s Laurel Victory Wreath Brooch, with Sabrina Givre Marquis Glass Rhinestones.
I like the Bottom Left the least, but tit's the best laurel wreath shape. You can't go wrong with diamonds, the pink is a nice pop of color, and the brown/red + green ombré affect in the bottom right is super nice.
I was torn on if Dick would wear a Laurel Wreath crown, since I just found all those brooches. But I found some options-
The Left gold is from Etsy, MyFairyJewelry, with a very long title. The Middle is from Amazon, from a brand KorViSHOW. I can't course the Right image beyond pinterest.
My favorite is the middle green/gold mix, but if the laurel wreath was real plant-life, I could be swayed to something like the Right image. I want to say that I found a few diamond ones, since it's a common tiara theme, but even though that'd match the diamond brooch, I don't like the tiara look and prefer something that'd match either the sandals/armband or be green like the real leaves.
Now that I mentioned crowns, I want to put some face/hair images. Like I edited onto Bruce's as well. I like slightly "floppy" longer hair, but not too long to interfere with his nightly activities. Brenton Thwaites is the actor, since I figured it'd be an easy choice since he played Dick in Titans.
To summarize, I feel like the toga style is so simple and elegant that the drama has to come from the accessories. Also, Dick strikes me as someone who LOVES being extra when given the chance.
My biggest thing of note is that the armbands/bracelets and wreath crown don't feel -to me- like something that'd be found in the Martha Wayne Collection, but the more I think about it, maybe she didn't own/wear it, but someone else she inherited it from someone else? It IS officially the Wayne FAMILY vault, officially. The "MWC" title is either a subset of the vault (items bought/worn/owned by Martha specifically) but this whole idea drives me down the rabbit hole of this headcanon and this post is long enough already.
Bruce Wayne represents the Art-Form of Architecture. His outift should focus structural form, homages to famous buildings, and a nice, perfectly tailored suit that simultaneously hides and accentuates his muscular body (and scars from nightly activities.)
edit: Hairstyle. I realized that I don't have hairstyles for Bruce. I know I don't strictly need it, but it feels weird having hairstyles for some and not for others on the list. So, here is Ben Affleck and a comic panel.
Okay now for the outfits-
I found this image that compares a Viktor and Rolf 2003 Fall Ready-to-Wear (look 32/33) outfit to the Sydney Opera House. I don't think this was intended by the designers, but I like the comparison. I thought it's extravagant enough for the Met Gala, yet the rest of the outfit can be a regular suit-and-tie. This was also one of the few masculine yet gender-neutral outfits that vaguely resembles my goal of framing the shoulders with the arches like shoulder-pads.
Why Australia? idk maybe he went there on a particularly fun vacation so he wants to reference that memory. What'd be easier to reference would be Gotham and it's clear mix of Gothic-inspired & modern architecture. I found mostly dresses, so I took some screenshots of some fun necklines that would be paired with suit pants, like the image above.

I also found this suit from a Dulche and Gabana Fall 2014 Mens Runway (Look 12/76). While I don't like the key undershirt, or the red tie, I love the navy background is and gothic arch-inspired gold details.
This is my last example of what a near-full outfit I'd put Bruce in. It's a Mugler Asymmetric-paneled Jacket. If this was on a runway, I couldn't find it, nor could I find the year this was released. I like how simple this is, yet keeping the structure of what architecture typically means in fashion.
I also found these gloves, which could be paired with a couple things already on this list. It's from the brand Tragic Beautiful, but I also found a few brands that use identical pictures and very similar details.
For jewelry, I found this Tiffany Co. Platinum Enamel Diamond Brooch, which to me sort of looks like. bow-tie, although matches the more structured looks I'm trying to put together. Like my introduction post said, in canon this would have belonged to his mother.
If you heard "Batman has four sons", you'd be forgiven for thinking that each of those sons has three brothers. But that's a rookie mistake. Dick is the only one of them who actually has three brothers, and that's because he put in the work for it, thank you very much. Jason has one brother (Dick), and two kids that his dad had after he moved out (Tim and Damian). Damian actually ping pongs between acknowledging Tim and Jason as his brothers, and thinking they don't count because they're not related to him, but regardless of how he feels about those two he is always related to Dick, Dick just isn't always his brother. So Damian can vary wildly from having three brothers to two brothers to zero brothers.
Tim is literally only brothers to Dick. The other two are his annoying coworkers.
Bruce, who has been tracking criminals at the batcomputer for hours, stares at Dick. "What?"
Dick, only about twelve years old, is looking up at Bruce with ominous sincerity. He makes grabby hands. "Give me. Your Batman brain. Give it."
Bruce raises a brow, but figures this must be a strange thing children do. Perhaps Dick has brain damage from training, who knows. He hesitantly mimes grabbing his brain from the top of his head and putting it in Dick's hand. Dick sets the pretend-brain off to the side, placing a pretend-glass case over it for later.
Dick seems satisfied. "Okay. I threw a block of legos at my classmate Tarence. He was giving our teacher a panic attack and had to be dealt with."
Bruce raises a brow and opens his mouth to speak, but Dick cuts him off. "Wait wait wait, your Batman brain is over there. Now you only have Dad brain. Gimme Dad."
Bruce, unfortunately, cannot argue with that logic, so he pats Dick's head and asks for a step-by-step reenactment of the event so he knows how to best defend his son at the meeting with the principal.
As with many things Dick randomly invented as a child, the metaphorical exchange of brains stays in the family forever. Bruce will often catch Damian being grumpy and go, "Hey, give me your Robin brain. You've been using it for too long, it's getting overcooked." And Damian, relunctantly, will suction cup his head with his fingers and deposit his Robin brain in Bruce's hands, who will hold it very carefully while Damian, using only his 10-year-old Damian brain, grabs his largest stuffed-animal and squeezes it to self-soothe.
I got bored and made a pin board about what I think the wayne family would wear to the met gala (+ Barbara & Steph, who are a part of the family privately, but maybe not publicly) and so I'm going to throw together a few posts.
Met Gala 2026: The Exhibit Theme is "Costume Art" & the Dress Code is "Fashion is Art"
Every outfit I've compiled together falls under the theme of "Art-Form" with each member of the family representing a different aspect and expression of Art. So they're all distinct, on-theme, and yet feels coherent as a group.

I also thought it'd be a nice point to have everyone's jewelry would canonically be from the Wayne Family Vault, also known as Martha Wayne's Collection. These pieces probably hasn't been worn in decades, and personally I think they avoided pearls in the collection not due to any deep, traumatic personal connection (although that'd make sense) but rather the media would hyper-focus on that and cause a stink. My goal for most outfits was that ALL jewellery worn would be literal family jewels, with very few exceptions.
In this world they're sponsoring it instead of the rich asshole who did in real life.
