One very simple thing that I love about agggtm is that all of their outfits are a mix and match of the same 5/6 pieces of clothing. It’s such a small thing but it’s so realistic.

Not to sound violent, but I think they should be allowed one punch per episode, especially when there's irritating, smug people who interfere with the cases and dumb people who fucking let a fucking CANNIBAL OUT WITH NO PROBLEM.

So, not only was the mr Scratch storyline way to long, way to convoluted, way to "suspend your disbeliefs", way to annoying and way to stretched out. Not only that, but it ended because he overestimated the stability of a random metal thing in a random abandoned building and fell to his death.

At Stephen's funeral Luke went to stand very very close to Spencer for those 3 seconds without doing or saying anything because they were having a telepathic conversation.

My favourite thing about Luke and Elle’s love for Reid’s infodumping is that they don’t love what he’s saying. They don’t necessarily find what he is saying interesting, they find the fact that knows it interesting, and this is something Reid barely gets.

Quite often when Reid shows his knowledge, he is faced with some form of negative reaction: ‘I’m sorry for asking’ ‘sorry I asked’ ‘where did you find this kid?’ ‘What kind of doctor are you?’ ‘You guessed. Is this guy actually a genius.’ This is not me hating on the characters who say these things at all, but I feel like it’s rare that the writers give us characters who love the fact that Reid just knows things.

Luke and Elle are a breath of fresh air because they (along with Hotch in 1x04) actually stop to think ‘wow, isn’t it amazing that this guy knows this stuff?’ They don’t see it as some weird or annoying personality trait of Reid’s, they genuinely smile when he talks and they compliment him and they are happy to be in his presence because of it, not in spite of it.

Reid spent his entire life being told that he was weird and nerdy and being bullied and outcasted because of it and Luke and Elle are the only characters who see this trait of his as something positive.

One thing I appreciate about cm is that other than Emily’s fake death and Stephen Walker (rip), they never killed off a main character. Sure, they were in the trenches, but they were always breathing.

And to be honest, Stephen didn’t even had to die. He was added to the team to focus on Scratch, and he said to his wife that he didn’t know if he liked working at the BAU. So he could’ve just go back to the BAP after they killed Scratch.

Season 12 tried to do a classic cm ending with the cliffhanger. Which…okay, nice. Kinda evil.

How would I have ended this season? Omg thanks for asking. No Mr Scratch shoved in there. Yes Morgan comes to the BAU to see Spencer but it’s because Penelope texted him for real. We have a little reunion with all of them in the round table room or at Rossi’s drinking something together and Derek and Spencer interact ON SCREEN and then (because in my ending Mr Scratch is no longer a problem) Emily answers the phone, smiles and goes “hey Spence there’s someone who wants to talk to you” and Spencer takes the phones and smiles and says “hey Hotch”. We don’t even have to hear Hotch’s voice. The end (of season 12)
