The Sigma 24-35mm f/2.0 - Photographing Kensington and Chelsea
2nd December 2015
I am seriously considering buying this lens for myself just for the sharpness! It is fantastically beautiful. However it is big and very heavy for something that is directly competing with prime lenses.
This added bulk certainly does mean that it is very conspicuous, but that is a sacrifice you have to accept to get the very fast f/2.0 aperture. This series of photographs shows of it’s capabilities as a great architectural lens. Each image was made by stitching three photographs together, vastly increasing the angle of view and superbly capturing every fine detail.
