the hate towards argentina and ARGENTINIANS in general is pissing me off so bad. 'but your players are racist' 'oh but israel—' like we don't know our country is being literally sold. they talk about racism like we're the ones beating up immigrants, the immigrants that come here for our education, our housing, our universities. immigrants that actually found the chance to have a better life.
'there's barely any black people' if you knew shit about history, you'd know what ethnic fucking whitening was and how black people were invisibilized on purpose. the same black people who fought for our rights as an independent country. they took them from us as well, yet i'd be glad to see one american spend one week here, go through all the schools, all workplaces, and tell me how many people of color/immigrants they see. a lot, right? now how many of them are being actively harrassed for their ethnicity. right. meanwhile we can't step one fucking foot into your territory without being DEPORTED or without some white bitch in our faces passively threatening us for having an accent.
i need you to understand that the same shit you're saying, can be said times worse about you. your president is literally Donald Trump. we might not have as many black people in our country, and though we might have tons of immigrants, we appreciate them here while you people call ICE. you literally have a force dedicated to violence against immigrants, so don't go saying we're the xenophobic ones.
i saw someone saying that we're being treated just as another latin american country, and they're right. they only acknowledge our existence when it's time to hate, but i wanna see the same people who are talking shit about us get out of their houses and join a fucking protest when they have to fight for what they're taking from them. otherwise you're just mad you lost a soccer match.
