Charles, peeling a banana: May I take your jacket, sir?
Crystal: Do you think other people canāt hear you?
Crystal: Today I saw Charles crying for 3 to 4 minutes straight, then Niko gently tapped him on the shoulder, and he just...stopped crying and got back to work with the clients.
Edwin: Itās called time management, Crystal.
Crystal: What the fuck?
*skipping stones along a lake*
Niko: This is nice.
Charles, whispering: Take that you fucking lake.
Charles: Youāre pretty.
Crystal: Yeah, pretty depressed.
Charles:
Crystal: ā¦You were flirting werenāt you?
Charles: Yes, but now Iām quite concerned.
*about Monty*
Crystal: Charles, arenāt you furious?
Charles: I mean always, but collectively, weāve moved on
Edwin: Hey, quick question, how petty am I allowed to be?
Cat King: *holding a flower out* Surprise, mālord.
Edwin: *crushes flower, screams in frustration*
Charles: My heart is guarded but like⦠very poorly. The kind of guard that would let three kids in a trench coat into an R-rated movie.
Edwin: I need you to stir, with your dominant hand, counterclockwise.
Charles: *stares blankly*
Edwin: To the left.
Random ghost: Go to hell!
Edwin: Been there, done that. Zero out of ten, do not recommend.
*playing video games*
Edwin, watching: What convinced you to pick number 69?
Charles: Oh, it's, uh, such a beautiful number, 69.
Crystal: Oh, you dirty dog.
Charles: The group always shoot down my ideas and Iām sick of it. Two sentences in and everyoneās always shouting āwhat the fuck? thatās illegal!ā and āyou canāt do that!ā. Like, c'mon, let me talk!
Guess whoās back?

Itās me, not the cancelled show, unfortunately.
Reupload of my Glitter and Gold Dead Body Detectives edit because I fixed some things that bothered me.
Tried uploading it to TikTok as well but it got muted immediately.
This is so unbelievably incredible! I always adore these kind of edits and this one is so well done!!!
Iām so upset rn, and making memes is better than crying
I wish this were how I found out, it would have made the blow sting a bit less.
RIP Dead Boy Detectives. I might make a longer post of my feelings later, but tonight Iām a bit drained.
Exciting (Personal) News Coming Soon
Hi everyone,
I know I have been very absent from this blog lately. To be honest, life has been pretty hectic. I have had work and university and a super exciting project that I want to talk about but is still in pre-production phase.
But I figured Iād share a bit about it here, because I will be posting more about it as we get into production and I think the dead boy detectives fandom might be interested in it, who knows!
I am producing an ensemble comedy web series about Cryptids. I donāt want to give too much away but it will be publicly available on YouTube in a few months and Iām very proud of it. The story will not be outright queer (romance is not a focus) but the queer experience was a heavy inspiration; how difficult it can be to feel comfortable in yourself when living in a society that isnāt always that accepting, and how finding connection with others like you can help you come to terms with yourself.
So if you want to support a supernatural sitcom made by a queer creator for queer audiences, please keep your eye out in the coming weeks for more official news.
