Bought this last week from Ebay and arrived this past weekend. This was a Best Buy exclusive tin cover that has volume 1 which came out 12 years ago. Luckily I got this brand new unopened for $23 by making an offer an using a $5 coupon from Ebay. This special edition goes for close to $100 or more on other sites. Picked this up at Gamestop earlier today for $20. It was real hard finding a sealed copy because most of them only have one copy left, aka display case and sell it to you brand new with sticker residue. It took a bit longer than expected, but it finally arrived! For those that don't know, retrobit has teamed up with Irem to rerelease Rtype 3 and Super Rtype for the SNES and also Holy Diver for the NES for the first time in North America. It's basically a glorified repro cart but still pretty cool with the goodies it came with. This is the next best thing to owning Rtype 3 and you know how hella expensive that game is. I might get the Holy Diver cart if it's not too late since it's limited to 2000 copies I think.
