Delilah sat on her bed as she closed her book up fully and looked over at the guy who was engaged to her sister. “Why does anyone prefer one thing, I mean seriously, it’s my life and I don’t want to be like the others, there’s no point in that. Me and my sister are two very different people, everyone knows that and not going to lie, I like being different from her. Why do you care anyone? Why are you making such a fuss over this?”

Dean looked over at the girl for a moment, he was confused and wasn’t entirely sure why he was wasting his time away from his fiance and spending the time with her sister but she interested him. “Well clearly you two are both very different and I mean there is nothing wrong with that and I guess that this makes you an interesting person. I don’t know..” He sighed looking over at her, “Sorry I really am not trying to be annoying or rude, i just wanted to try and get to know you.”

Delilah  put her book down, she realized there was no point in trying to read the book whilst he was there. “Well I for one am not like most people my age and I don’t want to be like people my age, I really don’t see why I should be like people my age do you?  Reading a book is something i actually find therapy in and actually have a comfort in and would never wish i didn’t have. Well never been asked and I’m not really fussed. Honestly i don’t need a guy in my life to make me happy.” She shrugged looking at him. 

Dean stood there in her room trying to understand her still, he nodded, “I can see that clearly, i mean seriously why don’t you want to be like them, I mean seriously, why do you prefer sitting and reading? Well I guess there is nothing wrong with just being yourself. I just can’t believe you’re even single. Your sister is the complete opposite to you, that’s why I am very confused about you and why you want to be like that. That’s good thinking there.”

Delilah was trying to read her book, but Dean being there was really putting her off for a moment and she was trying not to get distracted. She laughed a little looking over at the guy, “In my eyes I am living you don’t need to think it is, it’s my choice and I love it personally myself. I don’t see the point in partying, it’s not that great, I tried it’s once. What adventures? No boyfriend just me and my books.” 

Dean stood in her room glancing around the room placing a hand through his hair trying to understand the girls mind, “Well see most people your age will be out partying or trying to find their soulmate. I just never heard of someone who actually likes to sit at home and rad a book in their spare time. Forget it. Really? Well I am shocked. Just never wanted one or no one ever asked?”

Delilah wasn’t sure if she should talk to him well just the two of them on their own because this was the first guy she was attracted to yet he was with her sister and she couldn’t pull him away from her, although, she always wanted to finally show off to her sister that she could actually have something she can’t, but she also knew that it wasn’t going to work out. She laughed as he stood there looking at her, she wasn’t sure what he was doing but she didnt care for now. She wanted to kiss him but she stopped her self and looked at him, “Well I am living life, I love my life and I am living it the way i like. To me this is fun..” 

Dean stood there , why he felt comfortable and not feel bad or awkward around her, he didn’t know, considering she was the sister to his girlfriend. He tried not to show that, he didn’t want to show his full confidence because he didnt want her to get scared or anything like that. He laughed a little and nodded, “Are you sue you’re living live? Because it just looks like you’’re sitting here reading. What about the parties? What about the adventures? What about just getting out there? Have you got a boyfriend?”

Delilah definitely wasn’t a sociable person, she liked to sit in her room with her book or laptop writing but she did have a sassy attitude that she kept to herself most of the time. She was never really one who wanted drama because she just wanted to be by herself in her own little world because that was better for her then anything else. As she sat t there reading her book she heard her door knock so she let them in thinking it was her dad. Looking up to see her sisters boyfriend standing there she sighed a little looking down, she laughed, “Yeah pretty much, it’s my safe place, it’s the only place I can shut myself off from everything.”

Dean knew he was probably treading on water, he was in a relationship to the girls sister why was he going to spend time with the girl in her room all on her own? He knew he shouldn’t be doing so but he needed to, he needed to talk to her. So he stood there and glanced over at the girl who had obviously taken a break from reading to talk to him now and he couldn’t help but feel guilty for that. Looking at her he bit his lip, “Well I mean there is nothing wrong with that but do you ever just live life, for you now for fun?”

Dean dating Delilah’s sister Camilla was a blessing in disguise, yes he loved her bu the wasn’t sure if it was enough, he knew that but after being at the Wilson family home for a week, he was enjoying it a lot more because of Camilla’s younger sister. There’s something about her attitude or just about her that drew him towards her. He knew he shouldn’t be thinking about that bu he couldn’t help it. Son he decided to knock the girls door and walk in when beckoned in. As he walked in he saw Delilah sitting on her bed and he laughed a little, “So this is what you do when your alone? You just sit and read?”
