Leftovers into lunch. Cleaning out the fridge. Always great to have some pasta on hand to thrown together a quick meal. I had, kale, a sous vide chicken breast, garlic, lemon, evoo, some mushroom scraps and a little left over tomato sauce. AVOCADO TOAST. I know this has become the basic B of breakfast foods, but try this over the top version loaded with quality fats and protein! Also save about 15 bucks. 1 🥑 mashed in a little glug of EVOO, squeeze of lime, pinch of 🌶 flake, salt and pepper to taste. Cut a thick slice of multigrain 🍞 and grill or toast to your liking, top with the 🥑 mash, sliced 🍅, smoked salmon and one fried egg.
