It is as if i had left pieces of my heart in places. And there are 2 questions right now.

It's either, "How do i get them back? " or "Should i just leave them be?"

There's nothing like your radio stations

One of those nights of reminiscing

I remembered that one specific memory, The one that i will treasure for the rest of my life. The one when i sang to him. It was one of the best days of my entire life. And to see him cry and kissed me after, it was indelible.

The way i see it, his passing was a blessing, an great ending from a movie. A man who had spent most of his life creating all good things, giving and share love to others had finally had the proper goodbyes on his last days. And I am so grateful to have seen all of the goodbyes.

Another scene that i remembered was when i was with him on the very last minutes he was here. I remembered a stream of convulsive shiver and an irregular heartbeat in my body. That time, my mind couldn't think straight. All i was hearing were constant whispers and prayers from my parents, aunts and uncles. We were making this little circle around his bed. A tiny formation as if we're preparing our final goodbyes for his final departure. And as we whispered our prayers and God's names to his ears, the nurse was finally convinced that he was gone. So she stopped what she was doing and calmly told us. I knew what was going to come, I just did not know that it was going to be this fast and peaceful. As if he had already gone by hours ago, and we just did not know.

Anyway, He is now rested in peace. But as i recall my childhood memories of him, I believe he is in a different place. He is now standing on a hill among lush of greens, Surrounded by hundreds and hundreds of horses prancing. And as he saddles himself up to one of those black beauties, he smiles and run towards the great horizon. He had became our great protector from the above and beyond. That is exactly how i picture my grandfather now. His body may have rested, but his soul is eternal.

No matter how and where the future will take us, may we all stay forever 22 at heart

Twenty Two

Wasn't my best day so far. My Grandfather passed away 2 days after that. Sad. But a good kind of sad, so yeah i'm fine.

Oh At least i did not forget to sing a long to taylor swift's 22.

Barely Pretentious?

The concept of ' human as a whole' is merely an abstract. It's the same as hanging your hopes one step ahead of and knowing that you will never get there. The whole concept of it will only shows all the insecurities that lies beneath all those dreams and hopes. But its that one last step further from you that keeps you to move forward and forward. Thus, it ends as a continuous cycle and ceased the idea of human being whole. So, why not just marvel at the majestic creation of nature, suck it up and move on.

The Spectacular Now

It's fine to live in the now. But the best thing about now is that there's another one tomorrow. I'm gonna start making them count.
