Britannica had written about Lord Satan in the eyes of Christianity in their intro to a blog, writing 'Satan, in the three major Abrahamic religions (Judaism, Christianity, and Islam), the prince of evil spirits and adversary of God. Satan is traditionally understood as an angel (or sometimes a jinnī in Islam) who rebelled against God and was cast out of heaven with other “fallen” angels before the creation of humankind. Ezekiel 28:14–18 and Isaiah 14:12–17 are the key Scripture passages that support this understanding, and, in the New Testament, in Luke 10:18 Jesus states that he saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven. In all three major Abrahamic religions, Satan is identified as the entity (a serpent in the Genesis account) that tempted Eve to eat the forbidden fruit in the Garden of Eden and was thus the catalyst for the fall of humankind.’
Satanists don't follow the eyes of Christianity when it comes to the deities we worship. Including Lord Satan.
Before we start, how did Satanism even become a thing? Well, when you search 'how did Satanism start', the following shows: 'Satanism originated in the 1960s as a modern, predominantly atheistic philosophy that uses Satan as a symbol of rebellion, individualism, and human nature. It was established by Anton LaVey with the founding of the Church of Satan in San Francisco and the publication of The Satanic Bible in 1969.'
Lord Satan was originally used as a symbol, but then Theistic Satanism had evolved over time.
'The terms Satanism and Satanist are first recorded as appearing in the English and French languages during the 16th century, when they were used by Christian groups to attack other, rival Christian groups.' Wikipedia has written.
Bigthink has written: 'LaVey’s Satanism is atheistic* and described as a “carnal religion.” Followers believe that all gods are fictious and that ultimate importance is found in the self and pursuing self-interests. Like other gods, Satan is not a deity to venerate. He is instead a metaphor for the ultimate adversary of irrationality and religious beliefs. (The name “Satan” comes from the Hebrew for “one who opposes.”)
But what about the hierarchies, the accoutrements, the symbols, and black masses? Isn’t all that theater more than a little irrational? No, according to Peter Gilmore, high priest of the Church of Satan. In an interview with Point of Inquiry, he explains the reason behind these rituals:
“You can have secular symbolism, ritual, and pageantry, and it’s very effective and something that is part of the nature of the human animal. […] The ritual chamber can be a place where you can dramatically perform what I call ‘self-transformational psychodrama.’ We release the emotions that we find would be injuring us in the regular pursuit of our happiness so that we can then let them go.”'
Bigthink has also written: 'But the Church of Satan isn’t the only contemporary Satanist institution. The Satanic Temple has become well-known for its extravagant stunts of activism, such as unveiling an 8-foot tall statue of Baphomet at the Arkansas State Capitol building.
While the Church of Satan adds a ritualistic veneer to an Objectivist philosophy, the Satanic Temple sees social engagement and improvement as critical to its beliefs. Rather than evangelizing a devil-may-care attitude, they seek to find a balance between the individual and society. As Lucien Greaves, spokesperson for the Satanic Temple, explained to IndieWire:
"It’s not that we’re just looking for disorder, chaos, and to undermine Western civilization. In fact, we’re trying to really endorse for Enlightenment values, bringing reason and respect for science into bettering the human condition."
The Temple’s seven tenets speak to this worldview. For example, they ask followers to act with compassion, to respect the freedom of others, and to take care that beliefs don’t distort scientific facts. Hardly the creed of a cinematic bogeyman. They also view Satan as a metaphor for the ultimate rebel against tyranny.'
Now, in the modern world, we have both Non-theistic and Theistic Satanism.

Now that we've gotten a short yet complicated history of Satanism, here's some ways to worship Lord Satan!

The definition of altars is 'a raised platform or dedicated sacred space used for religious offerings, sacrifices, or spiritual focus.'
Now, you don't need an altar, especially if you're a minor with a very strict, Christian family, (or just a generally strict family)
Even with a strict family, (Christian or not) you can still make an altar since Satanism was built on rebellion.
Make sure you keep your altars stay clean. Maybe clean it twice a month.
Now this may seem cliche, but red and black are wonderful for Lord Satan.
Black 'represents darkness, the void, rebellion against divine authority, and the shadow self. In theistic Satanism and demonolatry, black aligns with Satan’s role as the ruler of the infernal, embodying mystery, protection, and the rejection of external dogma. It’s tied to Saturn (discipline, karma, endings) and the Earth element, grounding rituals in raw power. Practitioners often use black to invoke Satan’s strength in banishing, binding, or shadow work.' writes blackwitchcoven
For red, Blackwitchcoven wrote 'symbolizes passion, fire, primal energy, and Mars’ warrior spirit. Red captures Satan’s rebellious fire, his seductive allure, and his role as a catalyst for action and desire. It’s ideal for evoking his charismatic, commanding presence in rituals for empowerment, lust, or conquest. Red is widely accepted across Satanic paths for its visceral, life-affirming energy.'
(I don't agree with the 'his seductive allure' part btw. While red candles are used as a representation for lust, I see red being used for more of his rebellion side)
Purple can also be used for Lord Satan.

★ Devoting A Task To Lord Satan
★ Make Poetry For Lord Satan
★ Make A Spotify/YouTube Music/Apple Music/Ect Playlist For Lord Satan And Invite Him To Listen With You.
★ Coffee (consume after a few hours or just devote it to Lord Satan as you drink it after making i. Tell Lord Satan whenever you're going to drink it if you leave it on his altar.)
★ Black Tea (consume after a few hours or just devote it to Lord Satan as you drink it after making it. Tell Lord Satan whenever you're going to drink it if you leave it on his altar.)

Before praying, make sure to wash your hands and face to cleanse yourself. You will also need to cleanse your altar and/or yourself before praying with incense. The best incense to use for Lord Satan is Dragon's Blood, Frankincense, Myrrh, and Sandalwood.
↑ This is optional I believe, but this is what your hands should look like while praying. It's optional for the prayer beads. You can buy some or make some of your own. You can also have your thumbs out or in, I personally don't think it matters.
Note: Please do not kneel when you pray to Lord Satan, he does not want us to kneel before him.
Now, you can pray how Hellenic Polytheists format their prayers or you could just simply talk to Lord Satan about your day.
I prefer to leave an offering first before praying.

Destruction Ritual ~ a symbolic or magical practice used to eliminate obstacles, release emotional baggage, or psychologically sever ties with toxic experiences.
Black Mass ~ a blasphemous, sacrilegious ritual or a localized dark, shadowy apparition.

Offerings and Altars ~ Make your own altars as a place for the deities you choose to worship.
Gnostic States ~ some people may seek altered states of consciousness through meditation, fasting, or music to "align their thoughts" with the entity they venerate.
Demonolatry ~ Some follows engage in "demonolatry," which focuses on building a relationship with specific demonic entities through research, prayer, or specific sigils.
